Water line repair

Initially there was a problem because the plumber they assigned to this job made a mess. But management got involved, was responsive to our concerns, and sent a different plumber (Keith) to do the repair on one of the hose bibs. He was terrific. Did a great job, was careful, efficient, and sensitive to our needs/concerns. I'm happy. I have no problem using them again.

I needed a pipe installed that will drain my washing machine. Shaun came out and got the job done quick and he was on time and left my basement and yard clean when he left. Thank you shaun and all-star I will definatly call you again when I need some work done.

Shaun showed up quickly and used the snake to clear my toilet and there were toy unicorns and turtles my daughter had tried to flush . I want to say ; "Thank you "All - Star Plumbing for being on time, fast to get the job done right. And I'll be calling you guys if I ever have any more issues ...

Ed was very fast and professional. He fixed our disposal in less than ten minutes. He showed up on time and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely hire him again!

Ed came and fixed the leak, an hour later we had a clog and he drove an hour back and fixed it for us! He was very polite and kind and knowledgeable! We will definitely use him again!

The process went very well. Ed was straightforward and honest about pricing and installation. He had everything that we needed taken care of in about thirty minutes and was friendly and considerate. He went so far as to give me tips and pointers about the work he was doing as well for the future.

Ed assessed the trouble and his experience showed immediately. He replaced the piece that was damaged and the result was better than the original incorrect installation, which caused the part to fail. I'll now have the full life expectancy of the faucet. It is refreshing to experience the honesty and expertise. He even gave me a discount from a coupon I didn't know existed. His base of operations is pretty far from where I live (in perfect traffic, about a 1 hour drive), yet his was the only same-day response I received. An excellent experience with an excellent company!

They were unable to unplug a toilet that my toddler put toys in. I had spent hours trying to snake and plunge it myself. All Star made it look easy (which it wasn't for me)

Shaun and Kevin came out to service my home. They were on time super efficient (previous plumbers took over an hour to root my pipes) and the best pricing I’ve seen. I have roots in my pipes and they quoted me at a price that other plumbers quoted me double to get fully taken care of. they let me know what the best route to take was but weren’t super pushy. I have never been more impressed by a plumbing company and they will be the ones that I’m going to call every time.

They came in during Christmas holidays, my line starting backing up on Christmas Eve, and came on Dec 27th to camera the line and we could barely use the water in the house for those 4 days without it backing up even though he snaked and cleaned out the line on the 24th. We knew something was wrong. As soon as we saw the line was damaged,broken in a few places as well as crushed with dirt coming in we had no choice but to replace it. They sent a 'team' of guys to do the sign up and sales pitch. The 'owners' was relieved that they dropped everything to get it done the next morning because I had company coming. However, when they told me I had to give them $9,000+ up front and of course I don't have $9,000 laying around I was forced to sign up for an expensive credit company who charged me $200 in fees on the first payment so I can see that if it isn't immediately paid off the fees will quickly add yet another $1,000 to my total. I asked these two to fix my toilet handle which was sticking while they were there and they wouldn't/didn't for some reason. & I was concerned because their other guy had supposedly fixed it on the 24th but it was still sticking. Now that I knew the severity of the situation, I knew we had to prevent the clogged line from flooding the basement just until the next morning. That night, sure enough, the handle stuck, and was the reason my whole basement flooded. So now my pain was doubled. Carpets and pads were wet, area rugs damaged baseboards and cabinets damaged, bedding, etc. It has taken almost 2 months to get everything replaced, repainted and repaired that wasn't even part of the main problem and could have easily been prevented. They left wet carpet and pad under the bed where they jack hammered out the line and didn't dry it or pull the pad out. I found it 10 days later when my insurance adjuster came to inspect. Appalling. They never even picked up the turbo dryers that were left until I called them to come and get them. They wouldn't return calls, nor send photos of the damaged areas to me that I requested for insurance. They wouldn't give me an itemized bill so I could see what I was be charged. Still haven't. I finally called someone else in to check the walls for water damage, etc. so I could proceed to get the baseboards etc replaced. The worst problem is that they did the work wrong, didn't have a permit, didn't take the time to find my existing clean-out in the yard and ran a liner with no access, so if I have problems in the future, it will make it very difficult. I had another professional come and access the job and he couldn't believe they didn't do an access in my yard and run the liner to the house and to the street from that juncture. I have called them to try to negotiate on price since they told my insurance adjuster that they were already paid in full by me so there was no reason to negotiate further. I would not recommend these guys to anyone ever. I am an interior designer and work with contractors every day and have never met anyone so completely dishonest and hard to work with.
