 + -1 moreThe installer arrived right on time, was pleasant and efficient as he installed and then gave me very clear instructions on use of the new filter and follow-up maintenance. He removed the old unit and left the area spotless. Both the installer and the owner were very professional and efficient.
Description of Work: First, the business owner came to my house to inspect my under-sink location of my existing filter and explained my options and pricing for a new unit. I made my selection and the installer came three days later and completed the installation of the filtration system and a new faucet in 1 1/2 hours. He took away the old unit left the location in a spotless condition.

He recommended a softening capacity and explained why He described the difference among three systems that he had experience with. Other companies recommend a significantly greater capacity and costs that were 15% to 20% higher. My wife and I chose a mid-priced system; Water Science included free the first load of salt. A technician installed the system the next day at the appointed time. The system has been working well since Water Science installed it.
