Re: Gregg Hiller Sundance Window & Solar Cleaning (gutters too) I hired Sundance Window & Solar Cleaning, Gregg Hiller, owner, to clean out some of my gutters. They did a great job at a fair price. Gregg charges $1.00/ft. for 1 story gutters and $2.00/ft for 2nd story gutters. They cleaned about 45 feet of gutter on my 2nd story plus a 30 foot downspout (12ft. of that gutter is over 30 feet above the ground); total cost $100.00. The rest of my gutters are one story about 125 ft. in length. I had already cleaned my lower gutters while I was trying to find someone qualified to clean the hard part. They are way faster than me, so I’ll have them do the whole thing next summer (my gutters have to be cleaned twice a year because my trees are too close to the house and constantly shed everything into the gutters. It will be well worth it for $220.00. More important, Gregg is the only one I found that is insured, both liability and Workman’s Compensation. Yes, there are a lot of people I talked to that would clean my gutters for a lot less – unless they are injured on my property and I have to pay their entire medical bill. My advice, before you hire someone without insurance, talk to your insurance agent about your home insurance and the risk you are assuming. That also goes for a contractor’s license. In Gregg’s case a contractor’s license isn’t required for his type of work. But if you hire someone to do work that requires a contractor’s license, and they are not licensed, you have little recourse. Gregg at Sundance came to clean my window before the open house. He knew I needed it cleaned ASAP and came to clean at least that one window and then made a future date to clean the rest. Also at a reasonable price. Very nice, and very professional gentleman.

Professional, prompt and provided great service especially using a non-calcium water system which keeps the windows cleaner as it sluffs off water from rain. Easy to work with and enjoyed having them in our home!
