S3 Entertainment

Description of Work: We purchased a home that had a Crestron home entertainment system installed by S3. We experienced several problems with the system in the first year of ownership of the house. The technicians that would come for service were friendly but unfortunately took a very long time to correct issues ( some never were corrected) and the same issues would crop up again which would result in another visit, several more hours and more charges for service to correct the issues that should have been fixed the first time. When I expressed my displeasure in being charged multiple times for the same problems the lead Salesman Arthur was extremely rude on the phone, stated perhaps my being from NY was a problem and continued to berate me. I can't imagine where he might have learned his customer service skills but needless to say I have contracted with another company for service. This is absolutely not a company I would recommend ever.
