Owner was schedule to come up on an afternoon at 4. No showed and never called. I called the first of the next week and he told me he had it scheduled for another day. He showed up on that day and looked over the work to be done. Said he would have an estimate on the heat cable system repair next week and the retention in about 3-4 weeks. I gave him the plans for the home to get the estimate on the snow retention. Never heard from him on either estimates. I even called 4 times and he never returned my calls. Finally I went to his office to get my plans back. He was not there so I had the person who was there leave another note to call. No call.

They did a good job. They completely complete their work as they said they would. Everything works as it should. Basically what you expect from the contractor.

They had a lot of knowledge. They were very knowledgeable on re-using what had fallen off the house versus something new that we had to do, and also the different types of caulking with the angles of the house. We were very happy with their service all the way around. We will use them again in the future.
