+ -1 moreHe was fantastic! He was professional, he was prepared, he was knowledgeable, polite, kind, and was concerned about the work area. He left things very nice and neat. He cleaned up after himself. He gave us some ideas of some things that we haven't thought about. He was just all around a very nice person and very qualified handy person. The cost was reasonable. He charged us $55 an hour and we felt that very reasonable. We were very happy. The quality of work he did was absolutely perfect. We will use him again. We have already some things we have discussed with him.
Description of Work: Park City Handyman installed a brand new dishwasher, installed some new shower heads for us, and repaired a bathtub for us. We are going to have him back out to do some more extensive work.

Description of Work: Because I live in Midway, he added a service charge for driving from Park City. It cost $85 just to change a flat snow tire tube, that seems like a lot to me. He was professional. It seems to be a problem, in general, to find people that service Midway, I usually have to make a lot of phone calls before I find the right people. Liz

+ -1 moreWe had a number of items in our rental that required a quick turn around in repairs. Gary arrived onsite, evaluated the necessary work and provided a bid. Was completed the work in time for our new tenant to take occupancy. The work performed met all our expectations. Subsequent to this he replaced a front door and frame on a unit where emergency medical was required. A timely response was required to secure the unit, the work was professional and area left clean. The final cost was higher but that was due to our requiring an upgrade in materials. Gary is always our first call for projects and repairs.
Description of Work: Plumbing fixture repair in lieu of replacement. Electrical outlet box repairs due to age and misuse. Reseating toilet in floor. Installed new stove vent hood. Serviced and cleaned fireplace/heater. Front door and jam replaced.
