+ -1 moreTom Fitch insisted on using the wrong carpet cleaning method to clean a wool carpet and then changed his mind at the last minute. He gave me an estimate before coming and then decided my rooms were too big and needed to charge me about $100 more (bait and switch). He was asked if he could remove a stain, said he could and did not. I had him clean a hallway and 4 rooms. My husband asked him if he would go over the pathway in another room. I was in the room eating my lunch and he knocked once. Before I could answer, he opened the door. He immediately started spraying the area before I could relocate. I'm sure the spray got in my lunch. All in all, it was a horrible experience and I would never have him in my home again! It is the worst carpet cleaning I have ever had. He did drop the price with a military discount.

Tom and his crew were able to clean this carpet and it looks outstanding. My next tenants couldn't even tell that there had been animals in the unit prior to them. Great price, timely service, professional. Thanks Tom

Description of Work: 300 square feet of carpet cleaning. Also, they cleaned three pieces of furniture ( 2 couches and a chair).
