Please don't walk away from this business...Run away! We used Elite Cleaning for 2 years for our rental condos in Park City and the work was good the first year with a girl named Paula that was amazing as our point person and then it went to ****. Seth the owner, got rid of his staff and it was utter chaos. Missed cleanings with guests calling me they checked into our condos and it wasn't cleaned. I could never get in touch with Seth, the owner or anyone except his answering service which did nothing. He would contact me a day later. That's not acceptable in the condo rental business. We stopped using them and then got a bill for $8500 because he said he forgot to bill us for 2018 and 2019. I stopped payment with American Express and I have repeatedly asked for an invoice starting on March 7th of 2019 and after 3 months and lots of texts and emails. I still don't have a bill. He has changed his excuses of why he can't send an invoice or back-up so many times it's comical. I had to figure out what we really owed him and he was been paid a fraction of $8500 he charged our AMX card. I don't know what is wrong with, Seth, the owner of Elite but there is something seriously wrong with him. His texts and emails are incomprehensible and now rude and violent. Please don't work with this horrible man or his company, there are plenty of cleaning companies in Park City to work with that do an exceptional job without stress and turmoil.
