The young man that trimmed the tree and took out the other large tree did a fantastic job. He knows his business... There were huge limbs that had to be hoisted down to the ground. The other 5 men worked very well together seeing that the limbs made it safely to the ground and cleaned up debris... No issues at all! Did a fantastic job!

It went very well. Doug's is the only company that I have ever had to trim my huge tree. This was probably the third time over the years that I have had them do the work. I have always been very satisfied and so was determined to have them again. It really is a gigantic tree and they know just how to trim without damaging the tree.

I had to wait a week to get a return phone call. Instead of working with my schedule, he said he would stop by during the day (even though I wasn't going ot be there) and followup with a quote. I waited several days for that call. When I called him back to discuss some options, he came across as condescending and not very flexible. A week later, someone from his office called to tell me they were scheduling my job for a date that was several weeks out. By this time, I already had the work completed by a different company that was quick, responsive, curteous and professional.

They are great. I also had them come out earlier in the summer. They do a terrific job. I had multiple bids and they were the best of everyone.

He came right out to give me the bid friendly. I ended up using a bid my wife got from a different company.

The house is a rental. I called this person and asked him to go to the house, talk to the tenant and look at the trees. Then, he was going to call me and give me a bid on the work that needed to be done. He did keep the appointment with the tenant and reviewed the yard. However, he wouldn't call me back. I tried calling him several times to ask for a bid but I never heard from him again. I have no idea why he refused to call me and give me a bid after he had taken the time to look at the trees. Perhaps he didn't think he would make enough money for the job. Who knows? I certainly would never use this company.

Doug's Tree Service worked quickly, its service had a good value, and it did the job well. They also had an individual to ensure the work's quality.

Called twice, made appt. Doug never showed or called. Wasted my time.

- Arrived to quote when he said - Arrived to do the job when he said - Removed the trees (very close to the house) with no damage to the house - Removed the stumps (some ground stump wood left in garden, but blended quickly with bark) - Cleaned up very well and did not damage the lawn with any equipment moved - Invoiced for the same number as the quotation

We and our neighbors got together to hire Doug's for this job. They trimmed the neighbors' tree branches overhanging our lot and the neighbors' trees. The neighbors decided they needed more to be done than they had asked for in the original bid, and Doug worked with them to do all they wanted and charge fairly.

They did a very nice job. They cleaned up very well.
