+ -1 moreHe was easy to work with and finished the jobs in the estimated time cost. Very helpful in working through the process with us of selecting materials and making good choices. Highly recommend Chris Black and I hope he is available when we have more projects that need to be done.
Description of Work: Chris accomplished several projects for us at once. He redid tile in the shower, refinished a deck and painted the garage all for 1 reasonable price. It was great to have one person that could do so many different projects and do them well.

+ 7 moreAngie's List does not include Park City area which is a very fast growing high end area. Trying to find people that want to come up to the Park City area to work from the Salt Lake City area they charge extra amounts of money, which is terrible. Chris Black Construction is the contractor who has done multiple work in our office building and has completely renovated a doctor's office for her and it is absolutely stunning. His name is Chris Black and he is in the Park City area. He has been working on my house completely. He has done this on a very tight budget and has been doing a lot of the work by himself. I highly recommend him. He is very very reasonable. He is very talented. He is still in the process of doing the work. We are just finishing up. He is a licensed contractor.
Description of Work: I hired Chris Black Construction to do a complete renovation on my house up in Kamas area which is Park City area. We took down the entire kitchen and took up all of the vinyl floors. He put down tile floors, wood floors, and carpeting. He did a complete kitchen renovation with new cabinets. He went through and textured my walls for me. He changed the format in my master bath and installed a new tub, shower, and everything else.
