They did a best job, they try to resolve the problem but I am still frustrated about the installation. But I know the owner pretty well, so I will still recommend this guys because sometimes they were good at what they do. The owner always tries to do the job correctly and the guys working with him was good too. They try to do the best jobs, the best price and resolve the problem.

I told the tech what the problem was, I needed a "Furnace 3" Limit Switch". He said he needed to diagnose the problem. He drilled several holes in the furnace, made a few pressure tests then came to the same conclusion that I did. He never taped up the holes. He did not put the furnace back together but asked I pay him $49 when I refused to pay $217 for a $20 part and 5 minutes of labor. He also tried to up-sell a furnace. If this is typical of Western, taking advantage of assumed customer ignorance then I hope they go out of business.

I've used them for 30 years. I've been very happy with their work, so I've stuck with them. They were thorough and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, saying I had a problem with this. They commented on the ability of the furnace/air conditioning unit to work properly. They did a good job and didn't rip me off.

They were really nice to work with. They always really come out whenever you want them out. It was great. They were really easy to work with. As far as getting the appointments, they're always on time. They do a really thorough job. You never feel like they're doing a quick job and rushing out to something else. They always take their time with your job. It was very reasonable. Their prices were in keeping with competition. They've been good. They did a great job.

I have had a really really good experience with Western Heating & AC. I have been in their trade for 40 years, but I am retired now. They treated me really well and they were more than fair on price and I used them two to three times with neighbors. They are great. They explained to me what's going on, the things that I needed and why I needed it. They don't just run up the parts out and start changing the parts. I would say that they are the type of company that won't gowd you. They wouldn't come out for a furnace tuned up and then 500 bucks later. I wouldn't just use them but I would sure recommend them to anybody.

They are excellent! Another company was telling me that a lot of things needed replaced or cleaned. This company came and he told that everything looked fine. They were very professional, honest, and up front. I would definitely use them again.

Western sent four men to our home today for a rather large job. I went into more detail on another review site but wanted people to know that Western did an excellent job and finished the job in a day. I will be using them in the future for my maintenance needs. Jim, Dayton, Ryan, Connor, and Bill all were very professional and each did their jobs in a superior manner. I read so many reviews of so many companies that it was tough to make a decision, but felt Western would be best for me. I was right. Their high ratings are well deserved but they don't have many reviews on Angie's List. Talking with the above mentioned employees let me know that they feel appreciated by management and they try to do their best work for the customer. They may or may not be the cheapest in price but they are truly tops in quality. From all I've read, installation is the most important thing to look for in hvac companies and Western surely delivers!

My wife and I realized around 5:30 pm when the first real cold storm came through, that there was no heat coming out of the vents; just air. We change our filters regularly, but since I don't know anything about heating units, I decided to call around and see if we could have somebody come take a look and get it working again. The first place I called was Any Hour because their office is just a few miles from my house but they said the earliest time available was around midnight and it would cost $200 just to look at it and that fee would be added on top of the final bill!! So then I called the company that actually installed my heating unit 5 years ago, One Hour thinking they would give me a little bit of a deal since they installed it but they said they didn't know when they could be out anytime in the evening and since it was going to be a night service it was going to cost $150 fee just to come out . This fee would be applied to the final bill so that was good, but I decided to call one more place. I found Western Heating and Air Conditioning online and gave them a call. Right away the tone of the operator was very understanding wanted to get us somebody as soon as he could, as he was looking over his routes he was saying that he had a tech in the next town over and he knew that that tech was almost done with his current job. The operator also told me that the service fee would be $67 and that would be applied to the final bill. The tech came over at 7pm so they did not have to charge me the after hours fee. The tech named Chester was very professional and at new right away what the problem was and fixed the flame sensor and was done in like 45 minutes. Just a great experience from the time I called till the time the tech left.

The adviser Mike is very knowledgeable and friendly, feel comfortable to talk to him and he is trustworthy.He honor the estimate the other sales person gave me three months ago. The company is very organized and kept good records. The technician Jim is friendly and easy talk to. He is very professional and knows his job. The work is completed earlier than scheduled. Jim is very careful in moving in and move out those heavy heating and A/C units so they won't damage carpet and furniture. Jim even cleans the whole floor of utility room (which the tenants made a mess) for me.

The sales representative had excellent subject matter expertise andprovided multiple options for my consideration. Installers arrived on time and were professional. Installation was completed on time with excellent attention to detail. The new system has completely met my expectations. I recommend Western Heating and Air without reservation.

They arrived at the scheduled time. They put a drop cloth at the doorway and used booties over their shoes to keep our home clean. Everything that they installed looked neat and tidy. They were willing to explain what they were doing as they performed their work. It went well and they worked steadily until they had finished the installation.

They were prompt, courteous, and well trained. We have used Western for a number of years.

It was great! They called to schedule the yearly service for the heating unit Monday. I picked a time that worked for me on Wednesday. They called me 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. Sharee was finished in about 45 minutes and let me know that everything looked great. She encouraged me to change my filters more often, which is always a good reminder.

I received a call from Western reminding me to have a service maintenance performed on my furnace. The call came this morning and I was able to book an appointment for this afternoon for between 2-4pm. I received a call from the tech at 1:50pm saying she would be here at 2pm and she arrived promptly. After putting on protective shoe covering, I showed her where the furnace and thermostat was in my house and she went to work. Because my furnace is considered "old" (16 years old) she performed several tests to make sure the carbon monoxide levels were nil and to see how efficient the heat exchanger was along with general cleaning and maintenance of my furnace. She pronounced my furnace "fit." She made a few suggestions regarding the efficiency of my furnace and that the "80%" level that my furnace is will be no longer available soon. She suggested that I call to have someone come out if I wanted to hear about furnace replacement options, along with rebate options. I did not feel pressured into buying anything and was glad to receive the information. No extra parts or service was needed beyond the maintenance. Sharee was professional, on time, clear and friendly. I would recommend "Western" and Sharee to all!

Arrived exactly on time, provided ID and was very courteous and in uniform. She took the time to describe the checks and services she was to perform. When I had questions, she answered them completely and in plain language then provided me with printed instructions as needed. The furnace needed extra-thorough cleaning due to some extensive remodelling we did and she stripped the machine down and made sure it was done. When I told her about a persistent noise problem we had been having with the AC she explained a probable cause and made a note on the invoice to have it looked at in Spring. My rating: "Excellent"

Water was leaking on the basement floor from either the HW heater or the condensation coils of the AC. I called an Angie's list plumber to inspect the water heaters (2). He found no problem with the HW heaters, but he did recommend an HVAC contractor, who was also on Angie's list. Upon opening the ductwork an improperly installed cooling coil was discovered, which had a cracked condensation pan. Replacement was made.

The serviceman diagnosed the problem very quickly and was able to fix it that day. He also tuned up my furnace to ensure it's ready for the winter. He was very compentent and polite. He also explained very well what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Because of my pre-paid service agreement, my bill for the repair was under $40. I started with Western Heating and Air several years ago when they installed my air conditioner. I have always been very pleased with their quality and customer service. All servicemen have been polite, helpful, and professional.

My call for service was handled very well. I was called the day before to remind me of the service. The technician was on time and even called 10 minutes before arriving. She wore booties which is a nice touch. She also reviewed the service work performed and wrote it up for my files.

Came on a Saturday, within about 2 hours of me calling. Very respectful serviceman. Even wore shoe covers when in the house.

I thought that they did a very good job on servicing my a/c and furnace. They cleaned up after they were done and they even called me back to check on it about two months later. They waited to call because it was not necessary to use the furnace or a/c.
