WATER QUEST

They will install a RO system that you can't DIY at all. We were told that we could change the carbon filters on our own, pulled it apart and it appears that the filters and containers that hold them are one piece. We can't change them ourselves. Service is saying they can't come out for 3 weeks to even check on it and it will cost $220 just for the tech to show up

Everything was good until they put a hole in my quartz counter to install a faucet without my knowledge and scratched my kitchen sink while doing it. They removed the faucet and re-routed the water line. That was great, but there was still a hole in my quartz and scratched sink. The owner gave the crew "Bartender's Friend" to buff out the scratch which didn't work. The crew said the sink scratch would need a more aggressive method of buffing it out. When I followed up with the owner, he questioned how hard his crew really tried to fix it, then said "well you know, sinks get scratched...". The owner promised to research and find someone who could buff out the scratch. Never did. When I called to follow up he said "I thought we were done over there" indicating to me that he never intended to repair any of the damage. The equipment works great, but I wish the owner would own up to the damage and fix it.

Very well. They were very professional and very nice. They also included a three-year supply of all my soaps! (Dish soap, laundry soap, etc.)

The owner stated that he would come out personally, but sent out a junior person instead. They came out 8:30pm in the evening. I told them that I was a physicist and understood the water softening process. We called the owner and he stated to do the water test and call him back. I explained to him in detail the process of the test. I feel the owner is a guy that wanted to force his own agenda which makes you feel as if your dealing with a used car salesman . He thought that he could wow me with the test and I was unconvinced about using his services. The way the system was installed years ago I was not impressed. He is not someone to work with. I would strongly not recommend using his services.

Overall it was a good experience. Sales person, Paul, was very knowledgable and provided significant amount of the education. He explained the difference of their system (made by GE) vs other less expensive water softeners and was able to demonstrate it via experiements on our water. After the installation I had a question. Called the company and they sent Paul to anwser my questions right away. He arived in 2 hours and addressed all our questions.

The company is very professional. They actually contacted me to say it was time for them to come out and check the water softener. I thought the price was a little high for as long as it took them to do it, though. I would still recommend them.
