two sets of fencing were installed. Great company, stunning there was a panel that was damaged from moving the parts, one of the workers brought out a new panel at no charge. Came out on a weekend even removed old damaged panel good company.

I called and set up an appointment for a Trex fence bid. The representative came to our house and talk with me at length. He gave me a list of different ways we could put a fence in and how to solve some difficult landscape issues. He seemed very knowledgeable. He said he would send a bid. I thought the bid would probably be fairly high because, again, landscape issues. However, I never received a bid. Finally, after two weeks, I sent an email to the representative and asked for the bid, but have never heard back. This company lost the business. I was ready to paid a high cost to get the job done by a company that was on Angie's list, and seemed knowledgeable, but how can I go with a company if I can't even get a bid?

After receiving several fencing estimates we decided to go with Stonehenge because their product seemed very good and their price was competitive (although not the lowest). We scheduled a time to sign the contract and the sales representative did not show up. He called over an hour later saying that the price he gave us on our estimate was not correct (it was for white and we had asked for tan) and he was waiting to receive the new price, but he would call us back shortly. He never called back and never showed up. The original estimate clearly said it was for tan. I contacted the company the following week and was told they would definitely work with us. After talking to another sales representative, he said they would not honor the original estimate and that the price was actually $1,300 higher. We did not use their services.
