+ -1 moreI HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. THE BAD PART WE NEEDED THE VACUUM MACHINE. IT TOOK THE COMPANY 3 TIMES FRO THEM TO SEND OUT THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT, EVEN THOUGH WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THE VACUUM UNIT. THEY DO CALL BEFORE HAND TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT, WE REMINDED THEM EACH TIME TO BRING THE PROPER MACHINE AND EACH TIME THEY SENT THE WRONG ONE, CAUSING ME TO HAVE TO RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT. OTHER THAN THIS ISSUE, THEY DO A FANTASTIC JOB. DESPITE THE MISHAP, I WILL USE THEM AGAIN BASED ON THE QUALITY OF THE WORK ONLY IF THEY USE THE USE THE VACUUM. THE ABOVE PRICE IS WITH AL OF THE EXTRAS WE PURCHASED AS WELL. SEVERAL GALLONS OF THE URINE TREATMENT AND SPOT REMOVER.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED 6 ROOMS IN MY HOME AND AN RV. THEIR CHEMICALS ARE EXCELLENT AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB WITH THEM, ESPECIALLY THEIR PET URINE TREATMENT. THIS IS MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE WHEN THEY USE THE VACUUM MACHINE. IT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE FORM THE OTHER TYPE WHERE THEY JUST SOAK THE STAIN AND IT ONLY ABSORBS. THE ABSORBING PROCEDURE DOES NOT DO AS WELL. THE STAIN FIGHTER / SPOT REMOVER YOU CAN PURCHASE IS EXCELLENT.

+ -1 moreThis company was very professional and efficient. They got the job done quickly. I liked the product that they used. It made my carpets dry much faster after they were cleaned.
Description of Work: They cleaned all of our carpeting including stairways and hallways.

+ -1 moreEverything went very smoothly with Star Chem cleaning my rooms and hallway. The gentleman came out on time and cleaned the rooms and a hallway very nice. I am very pleased with the outcome, and it smells good, too. I would hire them again for carpet cleaning.
Description of Work: I called Star Chem and was able to make an appointment for a reasonable time for the service of 3 rooms.
