EDGE Pest Control was ineffectual when they sprayed. Also, I am paying an early-termination fee of over $200.00 for ending their service. This penalty was not explained to me when I agreed to hire EDGE to rid my yard of Hobo spiders. EDGE also raised their price from the $60 range to over $100 per application without notification. The actual yard workers were civil and nice, but the phone contact people were foggy and dismissive about any problems. I don't like to complain, but the ridiculous termination charges finally pushed me over the EDGE.

It was an excellent service! The service specialist that came to our home was very educated and courteous. He customized the service to our needs. I was amazed how effortless everything was on our end, from setting up the appointment to the service specialist leaving our home. Everything went extremely smooth. We now feel more comfortable in our home thanks to Edge and their efforts to help us with our pest problems.

They did catch one, we haven't seen any more activity. It was cheaper to do their monthly pest service with gopher service added on than just the gopher service. The pest service is more than we were paying with another company...but they caught the gopher and we don't have any bugs so I guess it's all good!

I did not see the operation. The technician came late in the day and had just finished when I arrived home. I assumed that he sprayed all the areas that was listed in the job list.

The entire team at Edge are such professionals!! We had a very, very determined raccoon in our attic. Justin took the lead and spend many hours - far above my wildest expectations - working to remove this raccoon. Chase and other members of the team were also extremely professional, courteous and ultimately SUCCESSFUL. They removed 4 kits from a location that was nearly impossible to reach. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Edge for all their services.

I liked that the exterminator checked with me to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction and that they could come out to my place the same day I called

A salesperson showed up at my door. I let him do his "pitch" and then said I wasn't interested. He immediately became aggressive and rude. Even as I was having to close the door, he made an insulting remark about my wife. Makes me wish I lived in a closed community.

Edge responded quickly and were able to get the job done the next day. They arrived on time and did an excellent job.

When I signed up they said they would come back anytime if I saw more bugs. AND THEY DID!! They were eager and happy to come again and they did a complete and different treatment. I loved how they explain everything to me, teaching me about the bugs and why they do what they do. I’m so so happy with them. They are clean, professional and extremely timely. I’m not one bit sorry about paying them!!!

The Edge tech, Sean, was awesome. He listened carefully to my concerns, discussed them with me, did the treatment in a most professional manner, then explained what to expect and invited me to call them back any time if I have concerns. I am very happy to have found Edge and that my family has arranged for them to handle our pest control needs. Since this was a call back service on a membership, there was no additional cost.
