Very prompt - called Friday to inquire about services and they scheduled me for Sat, the next day. Roy was very knowledgeable anf professional. He set several traps and now I am waiting to see what happens.

Hopefully we have solved the problem. If not they said they would come back and they guarantee their work. The representative was extremely professional and great to work with. I highly recommend this company

Initially I was disappointed, I had an appointment and nobody called or showed up. This was rectified the next business day and I'm really happy with the pricing, service and professionalism. They were a pleasure to work with.

everything went great, they had to come back to do the back yard because I wasn't home and the gate was locked, they came back the next working day, and was great., always professional.

It went great. I haven’t had a bug problem for awhile now. They go out of their way to check for bee’s nest a knock down spider webs. When I first moved in to this house it had a major spider infestation. It took a about 2 years of having them come out and spray, but I’m thrilled that I have no more spiders inside my home.99

Service technician was very informative and courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable about the expulsion of the rodents; and preventive steps that needed to be taken to prevent further issues.

It was fine until i moved they kept going to my old residence despite my trying to cancel the services several times.

Went well as far as I know. The service tech called me when he started and when he finished and was very professional. he told me what he thought I should know about what he saw at my house.

I unfortunately signed a 3 year contract. After 2 years I cancelled because I never saw a reduction in bugs and they didn't follow my instructions for their visit. Every time they did a service I always said I was unhappy and they would call and I would complain and still nothing changed. When they called for my scheduled service in October I told them I would not be home and my dog was in the backyard and the gate was broken and I didn't wan them there. They showed up anyway. I was frustrated so I cancelled. They told me they were charging me $99 for a cancellation fee. I said if they felt good about charging me when they didn't deliver to go ahead and charge me. Now 2 months later I get a phone call that my account is behind. I called and so I am being charged the $99. They are more concerned about money than they are the product and delivery of their services.

Beware! Do not use Edge for pest control! The product is not effective, they provide virtually no notice when they come (you get a call when they're on the way) so that if you have other issues or pests to deal with and you're away from home, you miss your chance. And its IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your account. Just when you think you have, they've completed another service and charged you for it. The manager I spoke to basically told me I talked to the wrong person when I called and cancelled. How was I to know? Their customer service is garbage!

I found a better price from a competitor even after Edge called and lowered the price twice. The conversation was to much of a car dealer type vibe to it.

I have been with Edge which is a local branch out of Seattle, for a year. I have paid over $1,200 for the monthly visits. (and sometimes more) I have put hundreds of dollars to implement any suggestions they have. For instance, I spent over $800 having all my trees trimmed back. They said it was a roof rat issue. I also spent money having the side of my deck removed and replace again so they could look under it. I still have the problem. The worst issue is that they have ignored 4 calls over 2 weeks. They are not interested in solving the issue. I feel like I should have a refund because the job was never completed. Lack of professionalism of "giving up" on the problem was insulting. I would not recommend this company unless you want to spend lots of money and no resolution. When it is a difficult issue, apparently they just throw in the towel. Irene Gunnette

Great, my Tech was a nice lady. I've liked all the employees of Edge that I have met. They have all been patient and agreeable. Lawn service is new, so results are still being seen, but the lawn's looking good, so far.

My scheduled visit was two weeks away but I had noticed some ant activity. They happily changed my service date and came the next day.

Just dandy. We did some landscape work around the house and wanted an additional spraying since we dug down and woke up some critters (ants/spiders) but we are confident that we will continue to have no pest problems in our home! Thank you.
