I cannot say to stay away from Edge loud enough. They have done a marginal job for about a year now, with pest coming back pretty quickly after each service. The final straw was that less than a week after the last pest treatment, my wife was bitten by a black widow and ended up having to go to the hospital. I called Edge to cancel the service because they were not doing the job very well and was told that I was not allowed to cancel the service and that if I did that I would be charged $400 as a cancellation fee. I guess that they do not understand that they need to perform the service to be paid for it. I cancelled anyway and they told me that they were taking me to court.

The service they provided was good, I lived in an area with TONS of mosquitos and the service allowed me to enjoy being outside in my backyard.... And then I moved and had to cancel and it's all been a big fat joke since then. We're building a new house and although they service in the area we're moving, they wouldn't allow me to pause my services for 4 months while the house is built. Since I was on a 2 year contract I didn't know about, my options were to keep paying for the services until my contract was over, or pay a percentage of the total cost of remaining services and cancel the contract. I was pretty upset that they wouldn't let me pause until my new house was built...pausing service was an option, just not for that long. So I cancel over the phone and ask if they want my credit card# for the final payment and they say they'll send a bill. Fine. Until 3 days later when I get an email and multiple phone calls saying I'm 120 days past due and they'll send me to collections. So I call to clear it up and they confirm that the bill wasn't even sent yet and I'm still in good status. Two weeks later and I still haven't seen the bill but I get another email saying that I'm late and if I don't pay by a certain date (only 30 days from the date I canceled) that they're going to send me to collections for the balance plus 50%. Of course I was irritated because A) I haven't received the bill yet and B) 30 days late doesn't seem to warrant collections and C) I'm not late! I just canceled. So anyways, I email them telling them that once I get the bill I'll pay it and they reply back and say "We just wanted to inform you of the process so it doesn't come as a surprise." If that's the process it needs to be revisited! I would never use them again or recommend. Not worth the hassle that I'm experiencing now. They could have kept a happy customer if they had just let me pay over the phone when I called to cancel. Almost seems like they bank on making money off of sending you to collections...

Serviceman was very helpful in explaining the services he performed.

Terrible customer service. They over-promise what they provide verbally, and then resort to small type in the 'contract' as an excuse not to provide the promised service. In 2 years of service, I had to call and have them come back out and finish the job (e.g. knock down large, visible wasp nests) approximately half of the time. Sometimes it took 2 or 3 subsequent visits just to get 1 obvious nest knocked down. When trying to cancel service, they admitted not providing the promised service but still refused to cancel without charging a $130 extra fee. They also made numerous calls after I asked to be put on their 'no call' list.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with any service provider of any sort! I have never, ever written a poor review on anyone or any business but our experience has been so very negative that I felt I needed to warn others about this business. We signed up for their lawn service after using them for one year as a pest control service. They sprayed the chemicals on all of our flower beds which caused 90% of our gardens to begin dying away within 10 hours of the spray. We have been in our home for 22 years and our gardens were very lush and mature. Many years of work have gone into these gardens. They are no longer beautiful gardens.....almost everything has died! Edge informed us the employee was new and had been disciplined and re educated on the proper use of chemicals and that we would be made whole. These were empty promises and we are left with terribly brown, dead gardens. AND they have continued to bill us for their service and refuse to return phone calls. I am just so sick about this!!! Would be more than happy to provide pictures if anyone needs proof!

They are incompetent. - They don’t have the technology or understanding of how to do what they have promised. They are dishonest. Their business model is designed around providing as little value as possible for full charge. They are poor managers. They do not communicate to their employees the desires or concerns of their customers. I and my neighbors have had very bad experiences with this company. They show up unannounced, run around the outside of the house for 5 -10 minutes when you are not home, and send you a full bill. After consistently complaining to them for a full year I finally fired them. Then I learned that they didn't have the know-how or products to address the ants that were everywhere inside my walls. If you don't have a pest problem you would probably like them. But if you have a need, you will be sorry you hired them!

Awesome. As usual they arrive on time and covered every area I asked. Also, if there are ever any wondering bugs I can call them and they retreat free of charge.

I inquired on the phone and got a sales pitch for 5 consecutive treatments or another-words a contract that is transferable. The total cost is nearly $500 and I'm sure the bugs will be manage well but be weary if all your looking for is an al a carte treatement.

Great. Technician was very thorough and explained what he saw how he took care of the problems and ask if I was good with what he did and if there was anything else he could do.

DON'T SIGN ANYTHING. They make you sign for your service and whoops, you just signed a 5 year contract that will cost you $500.00 to get out of. No way that is good business. Reminds me of those Cable and Cell phone contracts, you know the ones they used to do that they no longer do because IT WASN'T GOOD FOR BUSINESS. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. If any of you have used them and had this happen I suggest you right a review and warn everybody about them.

It went really well. I found them extremely professional and trustworthy. They took time to explain everything in detail. I liked both the young men that I worked with very much.

GREAT! We have used edge pest control now for 3 years. and I have been very pleased with them. Every time we have asked them to come back especially in summer (especially for wasp) They are always back out with in a week and willing to spray in the spots we see extra wasp activity. we are very are very pleased with their service.

They did all that was promised. Prompt and professional and they will treat again in 4 weeks to elimate eggs. I was very happy and impressed and I look coward to being bug free. Call Matt at 208-240-7769 and let him know I referred you if your interested in a quote and getting rid of your pests.

They are always on time, call ahead, notify me of arrival and departure, tell me what they did exactly, and will call me and leave me a message about what they did if I am not home when they come. Always professional, always do a good job!

Initially we were very happy. The technician came out and looked around and set traps for rats. They returned a few times to check the traps and there were no rats. We clearly still had an animal because we could hear them in the ceiling. After a few visits, the technician talked to a supervisor. They said it was likely that the animal was larger than a rat because they had an almost 100% success rate in catching rats. Discouraged, we contacted another company and within one day of new traps being set, we caught 4 rats. I called Edge to discuss this with them and it took days for my call to be returned. The supervisor was apologetic but I was disappointed that their technicians were not well trained enough to see where the entry points were. Although Edge came promptly when we called and was initially responsive, it seems their staff may not be well trained enough to get the job done. We were happy with the punctuality and price, but since they didn't manage to fix our issue, we won't call them if we have this problem again.

We don’t see any bugs and so it is positive. I am never home when they come out. The one good thing is that we don’t see any bugs and if we do see bugs we can ask them to come back out.

They responded quickly to emails and offered us a fair price for the work. They were on time and courteous. My questions were answered and there wa not a lot of pressure to buy services we don't need.

So these guys are not the cheapest but the definitely worth the extra money. They are very professional and do much better job than other companies. They really do pay attention to details and I feel they really care. My 2 favorite things are 1. They use very safe chemicals no dangerous stuff and 2. They put way more of it on my home and property.

They were very professional, thorough and excellent customer service. They've done two treatments so far and none of the insects/rodents for which they sprayed have been seen anywhere in the house!! Great product, and so far great company!!

In April, we had one or more active gophers and eight mounds in our backyard. Brandon set traps and injected poison pellets into the tunnels - no more gophers. He returns quarterly to inject fresh pellets in case new gophers try to move in.

Edge has been spraying in and around our home since we moved in July. They have been excellent to work with. Both the office staff as well as the guys coming out and doing the actual work. We had a lot of pests, a new construction area....and now they are literally gone!

I like them. They are just good and they are local. I feel like they answer my questions and they are just nice.
