Very customer service oriented. When the tech came out to take of my issue, he determined a follow up visit would be needed to do the "proper" job. (The yellow jackets were way too active in the afternoon. ) He came by the next morning and did his thing.... there had been ZERO activity from the nest today!!!!! The initial call was very personalized as well as the rep asked a ton of questions to determine the best response/ solution. Ended up signing a "service contract" for 2 years, but with the climate changing, there is likely to be more types of pests in the near future.

The service technician is always on time and always explains exactly what service he performed. Hats off to Ken!

Ever since Edge, changed their name to Saela, I have completely lost faith in this company. They cannot keep their word or be here at the time scheduled, and when they do show up, they do not knock or ring the doorbell. They used to send us a text or call before arrival, but that has stopped. Then they do the least work possible. Meaning they will spray the front door, spray the back door, and then leave. Completely ignoring all windows, and obviously not spraying the interior. I keep my house clean with a iRobot Roomba and a swiffer wet jet, but my insect problem persists. Itâ s been months whatever product the are applying is not effective. The last time they were here I saw them fill their tank with water. I am convinced they went around, spraying my house with only water. This is a rip off at $160 per month.

This company was hired a couple years ago and did great service but in the spring I cancelled / discontinued the service contract due to other obligations. Today they came to provide service without the usual prior notification and I was not home. They then charged my credit card on file. Not happy on the unscheduled service or charges!

They were in and outâ ¦

They did an excellent job this time 9/15/23. They did all of our yard like we pay for. Others that come to do not complete the job just did half of what I paid for..

They required a protection plan for 4-5 quarters along with the rodent treatment so itâ s an expensive ordeal.

I would like to highlight the thoroughness of Isaiahâ  s work. I received pictures and a complete rundown of all the work performed. Saela has been coming to my house for over a year now and the visits are always completed excellently. Isaiah exceeded that today. Please hire more people like him.

They did a great job and worked fast and resolved my issue.

I have used this company for 10+ years, they will come back out if you see a problem before the next quarterly service. Techs are always friendly and polite. I ask that they call 30 minutes before arrival so I can make sure pets are not out in the yard. I will continue to use this company as long as prices do not keep raising.

The service person was late and did not bother to even call. I took half a day off of work to wait for him, so that was a bad start. Did not do the thorough job that they said he would do. I had to tell him what to do and some steps and he was just going to leave, the wasp nest with angry wasps lying on the ground. Left half the wasp nest up there and told us to get a power washer to get it down. Definitely would never hire them or recommend them. Or at least the representative that they sent. I called to find out where the service person was when he was running late and they never followed up on the appointment either. Very disappointing.

They wrangle you in with high pressure sales tactics by showing up at your door uninvited then they trick you into signing a year-long contract not telling you everything you need to know which is basically their service only provides a little walk around the house with a spray can that you can do yourself anything else is extra they just tell you when they are coming they do not call to see if it is a good time or not and when you realize what a crappy service it is and want to cancel first they try to ask you if a family member would take over your contract and if you refuse that then they still want to charge you for their services because of this contract you signed and which they did not tell you all the important details you need to know these people lie cheat in our true pieces of shxx!
