Providing quarterly service - Courteous and always address spider issues with pest control matters

They do not follow up with refilling the mouse bait box. Iâ ve made 2 complaints but it is of no importance for them. Both times Iâ ve spent so much of my resources cleaning up that mess that Iâ ve paid them to prevent. Same with the bug and insect spray. I always have to add more of my own resources on top of the service. I would not recommend

The guys that come out to spray for me are always checking back with me to make sure that I'm not having any issues with spiders or bugs They are also real good about knocking all the cobwebs they find I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

I have a continual battle with ants. Saela is always quick to respond when/if I need to call regarding them. They come out almost immediately, find the ants entry and take care of the situation. The people who work for Saela are always clean, polite and know what they are doing. I have been using Saela for pest and mosquito control for several years and have never been disappointed!

They are a great service. We had ants and earwigs in our new home. I called and told them I was terrified of earwigs and they sent someone out the next day to spray. The service man was professional, kind and did not laugh when I told him of my fear of earwigs. After the first spray I saw a few more and he came back and resprayed. It has been 6 years and I have never seen another earwig. Thank you Saela.

They donâ  t do the service you pay for. They came out Saturday for quarterly service. They never sprayed the foundation, or around windows and doors. When I complained the manager said the technician per his notes did all that. I was home and watched him-he did not. I asked to have my charge refunded, they refused and said they could send someone else out. This has happened before, do the job right the first time I canceled my service today!

Their communication is very good. I know when they are coming, and what they will do that day. Very please with their service and delivery of bug control!

Dool was great; he was personable, easy to talk to, and explained what he did and recommendations.

Very customer service oriented. When the tech came out to take of my issue, he determined a follow up visit would be needed to do the "proper" job. (The yellow jackets were way too active in the afternoon. ) He came by the next morning and did his thing.... there had been ZERO activity from the nest today!!!!! The initial call was very personalized as well as the rep asked a ton of questions to determine the best response/ solution. Ended up signing a "service contract" for 2 years, but with the climate changing, there is likely to be more types of pests in the near future.

The service technician is always on time and always explains exactly what service he performed. Hats off to Ken!

Ever since Edge, changed their name to Saela, I have completely lost faith in this company. They cannot keep their word or be here at the time scheduled, and when they do show up, they do not knock or ring the doorbell. They used to send us a text or call before arrival, but that has stopped. Then they do the least work possible. Meaning they will spray the front door, spray the back door, and then leave. Completely ignoring all windows, and obviously not spraying the interior. I keep my house clean with a iRobot Roomba and a swiffer wet jet, but my insect problem persists. Itâ s been months whatever product the are applying is not effective. The last time they were here I saw them fill their tank with water. I am convinced they went around, spraying my house with only water. This is a rip off at $160 per month.
