I was a new customer - first experience was a rocky start but the owner/manager addressed everything promptly and professionally and I will continue to use them for pest control and exclusion.

Fraud. They screw you with a contract and the service is terrible. Didnt notice a decline in bugs or rodents at all.

When living in a OLD HOME, that hasn't been lived in over 18 months, you'd think they'd contact you before coming for just outside services. You betcha I got an email 1 1/2 days before service. But only for outside annual services that they'd do! We have so many spiders and creepy crawlers everywhere. They did come back for second service, (annual) two days before the outside spray. And did the inside, (free of charge) but Not windows, closets, or small areas, or stairs.

Chase, the man who came to our home noticed we had a hole in our stucco and recommended repairing it as soon as possible. Chase had everything he needed to fix the hole. I know the hole didnâ  t just happen, itâ  s been there for awhile. Chase was the first one to say anything about it to us. Thanks Chase!

The technician did a excellent job. We were notified by phone of his arrival time, He wore a face mask and shoe coverings while inside the home. He was professional and polite, and described the planned activities. I provided some addition instruction that was within the scope of work, He was quick and thorough. Thanks!

They are very polite, I donâ t even know they are here, except they let me know before they come. I have asked that they donâ t ring my bell because it upsets my dog. If they canâ t come for any reason they let me know and why.

They always show up when expected and do a great job and take care of any concerns I may have.

I love it how they notify you a few days in advance like when you have an upcoming appointment with them then a phone call that day to let you know that they will be there in a certain amount of time!

Love how they make sure that there is a lot of communication with me to make sure that they are addressing my needs. The technicians are always courteous and ask me to direct their work. They always tell me exactly what they did in a follow up.
