Edge has been doing pest control at my current home for the last six years and my prior home for three years. They are great! They will come out in between services for free if you see any insect activity. They are always knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them.

They did exactly what they said they would do

I have been very disappointed in the service I have received from Edge. The mosquito service is particularly bad. I have noticed no reduction in mosquitoes and I have had the service since the beginning if last summer. My most recent experience was the worst. The man who came to spray needed access to my backyard, and he seemed very impatient. I was in the bathroom when he rang the doorbell, so it did take me a few minutes to answer the door. To try and be fast, I went out to open my back gate with no shoes on. I have a dog gate blocking off access to half of my backyard, and unlike my normal gate, I needed foot protection to open it. By the time I had slipped on some sandles and gone back into the backyard he was gone. He sprayed part of the dog fence, but did not spray my house or the back fence. Surprise, surprise, there are a ton of mosquitoes in my backyard, and Edge only came out two days ago. I'm guessing he did the minimum amount possible to say he got the job done so he could move on to the next job and not waste any more time at my house, since it took me a while to open the door. If the employees are on such a tight time schedule that they just skip most of the work to save a few minutes, that's a poorly run company. I've had nothing but problems with this company for the last year. I've never felt that they have done a good job. When I had them come for the general pest spraying, I requested that they spray the outside and inside. When the guy came, he sprayed the outside and left. I called to complain and they said they do separate indoor services because of Covid. I thought that was reasonable, but I had requested it and nobody set up a separate appointment for me, so I found that frustrating. They said the guy who came out should have set that up but he didn't. It was my last service on the general pest contract, and I didn't want to get swindled into another one. So I just dropped it, but I do feel ripped off that I paid full price and only got half of the job done. I feel like I'm getting particularly bad service ever since I tried to cancel my contract. Since breaking the contract was about as much money as just getting the treatments, I figured I could at least get something for my money, and just decided to keep going until it was over. Even though I'm still paying full price and am still a customer, I get half-assed jobs. Please do yourself a favor and never work with this company.

The sales rep was Awesome, very knowlegable, helpful, and thorough. I enjoyed my time with her and that might be a first for door to door sales reps. I have used several different services and I am glad to be back with Edge, they are the Best! The technician did a great job, too, and met all our requests and answered all of our questions!

The technician was very helpful and competent. She explained all the services and how they would help our situation. She came the same day I called. We are very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend this company.

I talked to Rhett Gubler to set up my service agreement. After listening to my problems, he gave me options and came up with the best bundle to resolve the issues. Reuben Davis and his female partner arrived the next day and went through the house. Since this was an extensive problem, they will be returning on a regular basis to make sure that problem is resolved.

Always prompt and do a good job.

Service is good, the only reason I deducted half of a star is because they only remind you about your appointment the day before. I would prefer a few days lead time.

I missed the technician and had questions about what had been done so Edge sent another technician the following day to cover everything and make sure I was satisfied. I have used Edge for 3 years and they are wonderful year after year.

They are awesome. Amazing punctuality and customer service. Listened to my concerns and made the necessary adjustments for the pests I had. Went out of her way to find the problem and explained everything she did. Would recommend and hire again.

Only problem I have is I would like to pay for the entire service at one time....not each time they show. Other than that, I am pleased so far.

The first time that they came results were poor and the service person came and went very quickly. The second time was specifically for Mosquitoes, with much better customer service, as for the results we'll have to wait and see.

They are expensive but do a great job
