Would not hire this company. They are the same as every other pest control service, they walk around and spray stuff. Their contract is an absolute joke. DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT! I paid for an extra service to get rid of pocket gophers. I paid for 6 treatments and they failed and wanted more $ to keep trying. I paid $20 for the same trap on amazon and caught it the next day. Waisted money, I can do everything they do myself way cheaper and no ridiculous contract.

Edge came for a scheduled treatment and we were out of town. They treated the front part of the house very nicely but were not able to get in the backyard because the gate was locked. I called and the next day they re-scheduled to have Jared come back and do the backyard. He was very courteous and went the extra mile in brushing down all of the spiderwebs and making sure things were done completely. I am very happy about with the service we received from edge.

We have been with Edge for about 4 years. Obviously, we have been and still are very happy with the quality of the service and the professionalism of the staff. I have nothing but good things to say about Edge Pest Control.

We have been with Edge since 2016 and love their superior service. They send an email reminder that it's time for service to confirm the day and the technician calls about 30 minutes out to let you know his arrival time, then they call you upon departure if you are not home when they service so you can address any concerns. They also come back if needed for any little pest that is stubborn, we are on a contract so e continue to get the locked in pricing year after year. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a professional service team that is clean, experienced and have polite staff.

Worst customer service ever. Avoid! Did not come on date that was scheduled. Called 5 times and took time off from work, Left 5 messages for customer service. Never responded . Said they treated home 5 day later without any notification a no knock on door to treat inside. My security cameras did not show them even arrive. Then auto billed my credit card after I told them service was not completed. Run AWAY! Scammers

Taylor was very friendly. He explained what he was going to do then answered all my questions. A good experience.

They cancelled my schedules service 2x because their tech was sick. I recommend having a back up tech when that happens. Wasted my time waiting for them to come so that i can let them inside the house for them to just call to cancel in the middle of their scheduled time (8-12). The tech who finally came the the 3rd time it was scheduled was very thorough and professional in explaining about the service he just did. I decided to stay with edge partly becauase of him.

Polite service, clean and very neat. Announce their arrival and let you know when they are leaving.

We are back with Edge. We had a relative tell their company could do everything as good as Edge and at a lower costâ ¦WRONG!! We had used Edge at 2 other houses before building a new one and moving the service with us. Edge has always done us a great job and made sure about our satisfaction of their work, itâ  s good to be back with them for the piece of mind their services bring.

I appreciate all that is included in my plan. I have neighbors who use different companies and they pay for services that are included in the basic plan with Edge. They are professional and kind when they come to my house. Iâ ve asked for the â bee keeperâ service (not sure if thatâ s the real term) after being worried about too many chemicals and saving our bees. They mentioned that they service 2 bee keepers in the area and know how to spray for that. It was added to my account and they bring it up when they come to my home so I know they remember. I love that! I also appreciate not feeling the constant push for up-charges. I think Iâ m asked maybe 1-2x a year if I want additional services (usually in an email) and they havenâ t pushed when I say no thank you.

Had them for a fee years in different properties and they always do a very good job. I hired them to take care of voles and while it took a bit for them to get it under control they did it. They've also taken care of spiders and other pests.

I have used Edge for over a year now to deal with spider and wasp issues. They have been doing a great job and problems are solved. Always appreciate their dedication to customer service.

I have had Edge doing pest control at my home for around 6-years. They do a great job and I rarely see any of these annoying pests. Great Job!!!

They are nearly impossible to get ahold of. We still have a lot of bugs after five treatments. We tried to cancel with them and were told we cannot because we still owe four treatments. They offer free touch ups and we scheduled a spraying and they never showed up. I called and scheduled again and they never showed up. I called and complained and two days later they showed up when we were not home. They are a horrible company. I cannot believe they are even in business. Customer service is a joke. If you are thinking of using edge, think twice because you might not get what you want.

Ethan did a fantastic job! I told him that we were dealing with black widow spiders, and his "can do" attitude about taking care of them was commendable. The overall service and his explanations about the different services he was providing are excellent. Edge Pest Control is a great group of men and women!
