The service person who came to our home yesterday was very professional and thorough and explained everything he had done and the reasons for the specific treatments. That evening we noticed there were still spider webs on our exterior cameras and we have brought that to the attention of the company because spiders were our main reason for requesting the service. I'm sure they'll take care of them quickly.

The consultants were very thorough and patient. As a new home owner, they provided helpful explanations on their process of identifying and abating/eliminating pests.

They seemed to be professional and very courteous.

Terrible. Shady. Unprofessional. Pushy. Wish I could give zero stars. The informed salesman that I have a current service that I'm happy with. Persisted that I try them out and said he will cancel my current provider because he knows him. Salesman: Chris Quintana was unprofessional and pushy. When I tried to cancel with Chris he just sent me a cancellation phone number that never responded or called me back. Tried to cancel with them for 3 weeks and still no response. Got in contact with their Customer Service and now they are making me pay a 50% cancellation fee. I have told them what happened with their Salesman and they are still demanding that I pay the fee because of their guidelines. I wish their salesman was as compliant with their guidelines as their cancellation team is. I regretted this decision from the moment I hung up with the Salesman. It is like a black cloud that has never left. Would NEVER recommend it.

I signed a contract. Was quoted $150 to treat outdoors, 1st and 2nd-floor apartments to & basement. Day of the appointment, the lead technician called me saying I was misquoted and the amount was not correct. I explained that my tenements had made arrangements to be home all day and I had arranged for my friend to be at my place to await this service as I was working and not able to take the day off. I asked to speak to a supervisor and someone did call me and offered to come to see me in person but was across the state. I am still not certain how an in-person visit would help this situation. The company would not honor the quote I was given. They wanted me to pay $250 instead. Other companies had quoted me $150 for the same service. I was transparent that you would not write a favorable review. Felt this was. Bait and switch. Bad business model!

Horrible experience! Only one technician knows what he is doing. He is very kind. The first two guys I was sent did not do anything except set a few traps. The third guy checked out the crawl space and the attic and other places the mice were coming from. They say they can fix the problem but have not gotten any estimates yet.

Very efficient. Gave me information about how the procedure would happen.

Quick experience... came to the house same day I called and started taking care of the mice.
