I hired Saela Pest Control specifically to help with a vole problem! They insisted on an extermination package and guaranteed to solve my vole problem. They set two 2 units in my yard in November and then on March 19, when I had significant vole damage, their employee came to my house to spray for wasps etc. not even knowing that I was hoping to mitigate a vole problem. He told us we need their Premier rodent control package, for an extra 300 plus dollars. Bait and switch, now that the winter damage has not been avoided! I called and asked that a specialist come out. He came on March 21. He called his supervisor and that person told him they were not willing to help me, except if I buy the special package! I m furious! Also on the 19th he was supposed to spray and he lied about that I have the Video doorbell (RING) to prove this. he charged me 129.99 and did nothing that day except for wanting to charge me another 300.00 dollars.

Excellent technician!

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did everything he could on the first visit to eliminate the Box Elder beetles. Sprayed outside and inside on all the window tracks. He said the same process would be used on the next visit until this problem is taken care of. Extremely careful. This problem has existed for years during certain months of the year. He also offered suggestions on several other pests that we have that can be dealt with at a later date.

They do a good job keeping the spiders and bugs away from the house.

Raymond, the representative that came to do the treatment, was very professional, kind, and patient. He offered many good suggestions on what to do to deal with our current situation.

Armando is a great person to connect with He explained everything over the phone before we met. I like it when service people are up front. Armando was very straight forward. I spoke to other rodent control people and didnâ t feel as comfortable.

Something about this company made me feel tricked and they did not solve the problem.
