They need to get it together. The first guy no call no showed after already confirming with me that morning and I did not hear back from them until the next day. They tried twice to come outside of their arrival window when I was working when I told them I would not be home. when they did get here, the guy had not spoken to anyone or received the issue at hand and was just going to generally treat when I was specific about having a hot spot, which is the reason why I brought them out. Poor customer service, poor communication. It seems disorganized and poorly operated. And I do not like how they tried to upsell me on literally everything.
