The rep did a great job but he said he had torn the pair of his booties. He left small pieces of mud throughout the house. Again, I don;t want to diminish the fact that he did a great job. I just don't want your reps coming into the home anymore without booties on their shoes.

Having dogs, I like the fact they call ahead of time before they show. But having dogs I do not appreciate my fence gates being left open on the last 3 service trips. If you open them. Then make sure they are closed.

The workmen were on time and friendly, explained well what they did and left the worksites perfectly cleaned.

I discovered a moth infestation in my basement, and they came immediately (within two hours of my phone call). They were thorough, helpful and - I can now attest - effective in solving the problem. Plus, they were just incredibly nice to work with.

The service tech took their time to search thoroughly, and then explain the issues and solutions.

Through inspection, and treatment. Contract includes a couple more visits yet this year.

Just performed service, a little too early to tell results

Great pricing and great customer service. They had a team out same day to get started!

They contractually set us up for 6 services a year, whereas the literature they subsequently sent us links to only discusses the need for 4 services a year. Even their technician who did the actual work didn't know why they had gone from 4 to 6 applications a year - maybe they had been getting to many complaints about bugs coming back or maybe they were looking to boost their revenue.
