Matt the first tech who came out was great! He took his time and seemed very committed to ridding my yard of gophers. After Matt left I was confused about the service so I call the customer help line. The person I spoke to was helpful, but not knowledgeable. She seemed to only agree with everything I said and not really sure what my contract was for. The second tech, Dustin, came out and looked around and basically said, "yep you have gophers. One of the traps is gone, I'll leave the other two and maybe we will get another gopher." His tech notes read; "None". Not very helpful. The day after Dustin came out, Matt came out again, he reported the missing trap, set a new trap, and recorded his work in the tech notes. Very good job by Matt again! Yesterday the customer service called and asked if I was seeing any more activity. As it had snowed I was not able to report any activity. I was then asked if I wanted to sign another contract for longer service, when I said that I wanted to continue thru this contract before signing anything new, I was told that they will freeze my account until I made up my mind. They only agreed to complete the contract when pressed. I tried today to look up my contract to ensure that they were fulfilling the agreed upon services. The contract reads "pocket gophers, one service." nothing about follow-up visits or length of contract. I'm fairly certain that was I agreed to was a four-month service with 4 visits. But as it is not on any of the paperwork I have they can claim anything they want. On a whole, not impressed with this company. Matt, if you start your own company call me I'll hire you in a second. My warning to others, pin them down, get it in writing, follow-up with them often or you will probably not get any service.

was coaxed into signing a yearly plan before service even started. was NOT told all the facts what they can or cannot do in helping me with the rat problem in the attic. I ended up taking care of the problem myself. still they wouldn't let me get out of this contract unless I pay a $200 fee.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with any service provider of any sort! I have never, ever written a poor review on anyone or any business but our experience has been so very negative that I felt I needed to warn others about this business. We signed up for their lawn service after using them for one year as a pest control service. They sprayed the chemicals on all of our flower beds which caused 90% of our gardens to begin dying away within 10 hours of the spray. We have been in our home for 22 years and our gardens were very lush and mature. Many years of work have gone into these gardens. They are no longer beautiful gardens.....almost everything has died! Edge informed us the employee was new and had been disciplined and re educated on the proper use of chemicals and that we would be made whole. These were empty promises and we are left with terribly brown, dead gardens. AND they have continued to bill us for their service and refuse to return phone calls. I am just so sick about this!!! Would be more than happy to provide pictures if anyone needs proof! UPDATE: I got a hold of a representative from Edge Pest Control who assured me that I would get a follow up call on Tuesday (09/13), or Wednesday (09/14), but I never got that call.

Be more specific about what you want/need. If your needs aren't met, you're stuck with the contract whether you like it or not.

A total rip. They get your credit card # first thing. Then they offer you a yearly plan. You get them over, they spray an awful smelling spray and are out in about 15 min. cost is $159.00. They want to come back 2 more times at $159.00 each. I decided not to have them back. I was charged $159.00 to not have them come back. My bad. Be forewarned.

Initial visit, 11/25, technician seemed rushed and was hurrying around. I had to remind of the services he came out for. Neglected some services. Indoor bug spray didn't work so we had to wait another day for another technician. (Another 4 hour window wait time). Second technician came out, 11/30, to complete and redo what should have been done on first visit. This technician we were much more satisfied with. Appeared he knew what he was doing!

Edge pest control was great! They took the time to really understand our problem and explained in detail what they could do to help. Collin was very good at answering all my questions. Since we have a small child and a dog they assured me what they would do would be safe for both. They were very quick to respond and were on time. Jeremy was the Edge technician that came out and he was very professional. Edge wasn't the cheapest quote we received, but the services they offered and the guarantee between treatments is what sold us. We are completely satisfied with the service we have received.
