 + -1 moreI contacted them requesting a quote/consultation. It took them 3 days to get back to me. We talked back and forth and they eventually gave me a price quote. The price was pretty good and I told them I wanted to move forward. I didn't hear back from them for 5 days. I eventually called and left a message. I didn't get a call back, so I called them again the next day and got a hold of someone. This person couldn't find any record of my previous conversations. This is when they tell me that they can't help me because they aren't lead certified (my house was built in 42). This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I feel responses should be quicker, and if you aren't lead certified, the customer should be made aware.

 + -1 moreVery good installation quality. The installer spent as much time as he needed to get the installation correct. RMD&W was very patient with us, as we took quite awhile to decide what and when to purchase the doors.

 + -1 moreThey came out and seemed very honest. They replaced the windows all in one day. They even came back because they had forgotten to take the stickers off the windows for us. They also did a good job of informing us of the different kinds of windows they have.
Description of Work: They replaced all the windows in the house. There were about 13-14 of them.
