+ -1 moreWe were told by this company that they could come and unlock our car last night for $79. We were told a technician would be calling and would be there once they finished the job they were at. They never called/showed-up. When I called this morning they said they’d come and open it. They showed up an hour and 45 minutes later, and charged us $108. I have called to get a refund on the amount that was over-charged, and have been hung-up on twice.

+ -1 moreThey arrived in the timeframe given, the locksmith was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me a price over the phone and didn't bait n switch me when the work was performed. I was locked out of my car due to losing all of my keys. He unlocked the car very promptly and made me a new car key. Super happy and highly recommend them!
