Lowry Overhead Door got us on their schedule pretty quickly. They gave us a two hour window for their technician to arrive and he arrived within that window. He repaired the spring and courteously answered a couple of questions we had. We feel we received very good service and our door is working better than before the spring broke.

On time and done quickly and correctly. Most definitely will be called again.

It was kind of mixed. There were some issues with it and so they came by to take a look at it. They stopped by when I wasn't home. The issue I raised at that time has not yet been resolved. They should have followed through when they said they would and respond to my request without me having to re-request.

Excellent! Since the installation I have had a number of problems with it. Lowry had taken care of me in a very timely manner every time I've had problems. I'll stick with Lowry.

They came and gave me an estimate and I paid half the bill upfront on 1-4-16. I was supposed to get a call to schedule the install, never got the call, I had to call them to schedule. The installers arrived as scheduled on 1-18-16 and installed the door just fine, except for the gap at the bottom of the door and a bigger gap at each end of the door and the 27 scratches all over the outside of the door (most of which were down to the metal). I was told that when it warmed up the gaps would fill in – wrong. They came back and put a bigger seal across the bottom and that worked good. They gave us touch up paint for us to repaint the scratches. Received past due notice on 3-17-16 after I left 3 messages to make the payment and never received a call back and never did receive a bill from them, just a past due notice where they were charging me interest. Finally got to talk to Jen, she removed the interest charges and took my payment, she was going to send receipt showing paid in full. I didn’t receive it. Called a week later, the girl that answered the phone was going to mail it that day,I never received it. Called again a week later, the girl that answered emailed me the wrong receipt. Jen then got on the phone and tried to tell me that the amount I wanted the receipt for was without the interest. I told her that was wrong, because the amount without the interest was the $1422.00 that I have an original invoice for, I just wanted a receipt showing that is what I paid. They finally emailed me a corrected invoice showing balance due zero. The work was OK, but I am overly disapointed in the communication from this company. There were 4 or 5 times they were supposed to call me and they never called me back. I shouldn't have to call them to schedule the install or call 3 times to pay the balance on my bill and then call another 3 times to get a bill that shows paid in full.

On Friday evening around 7 p.m. when everyone is already closed, there was a loud noise after my husband opened the garage door. The garage door was suddenly hanging off the track on one side. We live on a very busy, high-traffic street and it was also very cold so I was worried about having the garage open and exposed all night. I called Lowry Doors and left a message. A few minutes later, I got a polite call back. He explained that emergency service after hours calls cost $150--it would be cheaper if I waited, but it was my choice. I asked if I could speak with my husband about it and call him back. He cheerfully agreed. One thing that I liked was that he was very low pressure. We decided to have the service performed on an emergency basis. When I called him back, I was amazed that he arrived at our house less than 10 minutes later! He was polite and easy to communicate with. I was sure that I would have to pay $$$ to replace the garage door and it was making me sick. He got right to work, and before I knew it, he was knocking to let me know he was finished. He replaced both cables and there was only a nominal additional charge for the parts. Honestly, to someone not very mechanically minded, he seemed like a magician. The garage door is working great and I couldn't believe that it could be fixed so quickly and cheaply. I was very grateful for his honesty as he observed that other than the worn cables, our garage door mechanism is in great condition for its age. The last garage door people I had out here told me that I should think about replacing it (at high expense) as it might fail at any time. In short, my experience with Lowry Doors could not have been better. I was so pleased and grateful.

My husband said it was very professional, and he,was very happy with the work. He's pretty demanding, so high praise.

I called them in the morning, with no expectation of getting a service the same day. To my surprise, John was able to come in the afternoon, and within an hour my garage door was operational again. Without their excellent responsiveness, I could have had to park my car outside for days. John also showed great attention to details. He reorganized the power cord of my garage door opener to prevent a potential hazard.

It went very well. It was great. The installation went smoothly. The guy helped me adjusted the keypad and showed me how to do it.

They came the next day after I called. Right on time. Fixed our problem and gave us a great price.

That service turned out fantastic. The garage door has not been maintained, ever, and now it works much better. The tech was great. He explained everything to me and did not try to up sell me either. We will be calling them again next year.

They were really responsive and kept me informed. On the day of the install, they were on time and installed the garage door opener very quickly. Respectful and very nice.

They told me there would be a travel cost of 70.00 and asked if that would be okay. I said no it wouldn't, please refund my credit card.

I set up the appointment over the phone. They called the day before to confirm the tie range the repairman would be at my house. The repairman was on time a promptly replaced the broken spring. An excellent experience!

There was some lack of communication between those in the office and the installer. The office recommended one type of opener, but when the installer arrived he thought that wasn't the best option for our door. We had to reschedule with the new opener. The first time the installer was scheduled to come he never came. He DID call me late in the day and explained why he hadn't come and we rescheduled. However, it would have been nice if he had called me earlier and said he would be unable to make the appointment. Everyone I talked with seemed eager to help and they did, in the long run, save us money. We'll see how the opener performs over the years!
