We were please. Ultimately the appliance needed to be replaced and Jack helped us with that as well.

Jack contacted us right away after seeking a quote on Angi's List. He was polite and professional. Offered service appt within 2 days. Showed up on time, was clean and again very professional. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my washer and dryer and what he would do to resolve the issues. The price was very fair for the job and we were very pleased with how everything was handled. Would recommend!!

We were ripped off. This company put in an old, ill fitting part and charged us for a new one. Our bill was $523.63 which is above the odds for this job. We would love our money back but this company seems to have disappeared. I tried to file a complaint about them though your customer service center but got bogged down in answering machines and red tape. I strongly recommend removing this service from your site.

I would do 0 stars if the site would let me. I requested a quote and same day I was contacted about a quote and to get something on the schedule which was great. At the time I wasn't ready to schedule anything, but a few weeks later I reached out by phone and requested someone to come out to fix my dryer. I was given an appointment for the next day with an arrival window of 9-11am and the technician never showed up. 30 minutes after the no show I attempted to call with no response and so I left a voicemail, and here I am a day later still with no response. Overall a bit unprofessional to A. not show up, and B. not even let me know before/after that they would not be showing up instead of wasting my time.

I hired the guy a year ago to fix a washer and it ended up needing a new pump. The pump is now not working and the warranty, from what I was told is for 5 years. I have reached out to the company several times (phone call, text, email) and with no response. It would be professional on their end to have some sort of response. Even an auto response so that I know that I am not being ignored, and his word and work are guaranteed.

My refrigerator was leaking water. Jack came out and thought he had fixed it and it was guaranteed for 5 years. Unfortunately, the refrigerator continued to leak. I text Jack many times over several days and he didn't answer. Finally, he answered and said he had a new baby and would be out in the next two days. I was grateful and understood; however, Jack didn't show up nor contact me. He simply did not follow through.

Jack came out the day after I booked an appointment. Explained it was just the ice-maker & replaced the motor inside the unit by 9AM on Monday. Quick, professional & fairly priced. I highly recommend.

They we easy to get a hold of and very quick. Unfortunately they could really repair anything and told us a washer was dead and it would be more const effective to buy a new one.

Jack was polite and knowledgeable. He called me back the day I first called and came that afternoon. He had to order a part, but came back the next day and finished the repair. He gave me a 10-year warranty on the part. I am very pleased with Jack's Appliance Service.

They were thorough and ask questions about job figure out the problem over the phone came out took a look and gave us the best advise to buy a new fridge.

Jack was friendly, courteous and communicated very well. He diagnosed the problem accurately and gave us an estimate that was below someone else we consulted. They ran into an additional problem while repairing the washer and replaced that part as well. They even put on new lettering on the front of washer that had rubbed off - what a nice touch to customer service. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to others.

Arrived on time. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Count the problem within 10 minutes. Compressor has died. Gave me a estimate to repair/replace. Between $1000-$1300. Suggested a new fridge for a few $100 over the cost of the repair. Gave me a list brands to stay away from and others that had fewer repairs. If something else goes out I’ll call him back.

He called and set up the appointment. He knew what was wrong before we finished the original phone call. He showed up within the window he gave me. The reason for my dissatisfaction? He promised to email me a receipt. It?s been over two weeks, I?ve called and left several messages, but I still haven?t received a receipt.

Quick response. Very knowledgeable. Found problem others could not. Gave good advice. Fee was stated up front and reasonable.

Jack knew what the problem was as soon as I told him what was going on over the phone. Came the next day and fixed it in an hour.

Beware. Jack sounded really knowledgeable saying, â your micro was made in Korea so the part is not available â . And â your dishwasher part is difficult to get its $480 because it was made in Swedenâ He tried gluing my micro latch. I told him I would think about it. I searched on the internet and found the micro latch for $7.00 ordered it and replaced it myself. I also found the dishwasher part for $138.00. If Jack quotes you a price or gives you a BS answer, do your research before you pay him.
