Jack came the same day I called and repaired my fridge quickly. I am totally satisfied.

I really appreciated the work to repair my range hood. The parts were difficult to get due to the Canadian lock down, the company is Canadian, but the technician/owner kept me posted on the progress he was making on getting the needed part. When we were able to get the part, the repair was perfect and at a reasonable price. I will use this company again when I have an appliance problem.

Incredible service and care given. Jack explained what the problem was likely to be over the phone, gave me recommendations, and came out to fix our dryer after the part was ordered and came in. He gave me an estimate for the cost of the repair as well as informing me how long it would take. Aside from being friendly, professional, personable, and easy to work with, the service was impeccable and I will be using Jack again and recommending him to anyone I know in need of repair services!
