Tech didn't seem to know a lot about my refrigerator and I felt taken advantage of .

Everything was done quickly, courteously, and professionally. I would hire them again.

Jack was at first very prompt, came to my place within 2 hours to look at both my washer and dryer which werent working (very happy about that! BUT)...discovered nothing wrong with the dryer except for a build-up if excess lint at the end of the hose (so no repair, but an $85 charge for **fixing it**). The washing machines camshaft was broken so Jack said he would have to find a used part since they werent be made any longer. This took place on June 25, a Friday. Jack said he would look for the part, but because of the weekend, it could be Monday or Tuesday he might find a part and give me a call. I told him I would be out of town from June 29 until July 7 and for him to call my tenant for arranging a possible time Jack could return and finish the job. No response from Jack to either my tenant or me after repeated tries of reaching him. Ttoday is now July 19, and Jack has never responded. Ended up having to buy a new washer from Best Buy a day or two after my return. Again, no phone call or text from Jack since June 25. Perhaps he became sick or died... who knows?

Jack contacted me quickly and was at my house in under 24 hours and the problem was resolved and there wasnâ t an exorbitant fee attached. Jake was a professional through and through and Iâ m glad to have a contact now for timely, honest, and thorough work.
