The repairman was personable and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile with his service, making sure that there was nothing else that would cause the oven to fail for any other reason. I totally trust this company to work on any of my appliances.

Jack was on time, knew the problem right away, had the parts with him necessary to fix the problem, and the bill was very reasonable. I have an Electrolux Front-Loader Washer and Dryer, and the dryer had been making a weird noise for about a month. All fixed now!

Jack was friendly, professional and on time! He didn't have the part needed but ordered it quickly and was able to get our fridge fixed asap! My mom also had fridge trouble the following day and he promptly went to her home and fixed the issue same day! Highly recommend Jack!

I spoke to Jack the owner in regards to having one of his Technicians to come and repair my refrigerator, Jack put me on the schedule for 10/12/22 from 5-7 pm, no one showed up no one called and I have been trying to call to find out what happened but all I get is a voicemail that is full!! He knew it was an emergency call out! I am taking my business somewhere else!!

Jack explained the problem with my ice maker over the phone. He was able to give me a quote and checked availability of parts before we ended the call. He kept me updated on time frame and scheduled the service call after he received the parts. I would definitely hire him again.
