Jack Appliance Service

I received a call from Jack within 15 minutes of my Home Advisor search. He came to my home promptly and within 2 minutes of arriving had found and stopped the leak. He was thorough in searching for the replacement part and kept me advised as the part was shipped to him. He returned and quickly installed the new part with testing afterwards. I'm pleased with his service and recommend him to others.

I contacted Battle Born through Home Advisor on a Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment for Monday. Jack called me right away and said he could come Saturday morning. And he did--promptly. Our dryer needed a part he had to order, which he expected to get and install on Monday. At 3 p.m. Monday I tracked down his phone number (he hadn't left it with us--sometimes people are very good at their repair skills or the like, but aren't as good at running a business, such as giving customers contact info or keeping in touch just to say why nothing is happening). Jack was great on the phone and said the part would come by 9 p.m. and he could be here at 8 a.m. (or earlier) to install the part. And he was--he installed the new parts and cleaned a lot of lint that had collected in the unseen parts of the dryer, and the dryer works fine, and it seems we got good value for the repair. I will call Jack and Battle Born again if I need an appliance repair.

Jack Savage responded quickly, guided my inspection of the washer, came in a timely manner to further inspect the problem and gave good advice about the options available for a solution. Because of the cost of needed repairs, I opted to buy a new washer, a solution that was gladly approved by Jack. I only had to pay for the inspection visit.
