He was very professional,personable and really did a fantastic job designing my kitchen. Their work crew knew exactly what was needed and the nicest guys ever! I'm actually going to miss them. :) My kitchen is beautiful. It's exactly how I wanted it. I would highly recommend Ideal Kitchen and Bath for any remodeling needs. They are the BEST!!

 + -1 moreWe had a fantastic experience with Ideal Kitchen and Bath. With our recent home build, IKB was one of the few sub-contractors that was reliable on their timeframes, as well as the budget that we gave them. What has impressed me most about IKB is their consistent follow up after the job was complete to make sure we were happy. They have come back to fix things that were not their fault, but also things that I would not have even noticed had they not pointed them out. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Quality work, quality people to work with.

 + 4 moreIdeal Kitchen & Bath was recommended to me by a friend, and I understand why. They were very good to work with, and although the project took longer than some companies, I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I was particularly impressed with the people. I will say that some of the outsourcing companies were good, but not as high-quality as Ideal Kitchen and Bath.
Description of Work: Kitchen and living room remodel. Replaced old 1940s kitchen cupboards and counters. I also replaced the old flooring in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and bedrooms with hardwood. Wainscoting in the living room replaced old wallpaper. As I said, the house is quite old and small, but it looks beautiful now!

 + -1 moreWhen we decided to remodel our kitchen, we sought out several bids and contractors in our area. IKB put together a package that met our needs. They were prepared to design a kitchen for us, and were willing to work with the plan we had desired. We had unexpected structural issues. But, through the repairs they made sure the project kept moving. Everyone that showed up to work has been kind, friendly and professional. In the end we have a beautiful kitchen that exceeds our wishes. I would highly recommend IKB.

 + 4 moreIdeal Kitchens and Bath went above and beyond with the quality of their work and the workmanship. We'd hire them again with no hesitation.
Description of Work: Ideal Kitchen and Bath did a major remodeling to our kitchen and master bathroom. They also took on the job of replacing ALL of the flooring on the main/first floor as well as 95% of the flooring in the basement. They completed painted all surfaces including the ceiling on our main/first floor and installed and painted new base boards, exterior doors including door knobs and locks and also lovely french doors in our front office, and also painted all surfaces including the ceiling and an entertainment center in the basement, and coordinated with Alpine Fireplaces to rebuild and install a new gas fireplace and mantel.

Description of Work: We purchased a home that had a great kitchen layout but was aesthetically a hodgepodge--3 cabinet finishes and 2 noncomplimentary countertops. Scott Linton came to my home listened to my goals and concerns and presented 3 options for refinishing the cabinets. He explained the pros and cons of all of them and did not push the most expensive option. I appreciated his objectivity and honesty. In the end, we approved the following scope: - Refinishing all cabinets to a custom colored paint, recess glazing and filling in all the distressing for a smooth finish - New island granite countertop with modified configuration for better circulation - New undercounter lighting and backsplash Scott was very patient and came to the house several times to confirm choices etc. Clay was also very responsive, professional & knowledgeable.
