Overall, a great experience. We had some hiccups, which were quickly and satisfactorily dealt with by the sales rep Fredy. We signed up for security services from First Line, with which the monitoring is provided by ADT. The great thing about their security systems is there is little wiring, as the monitors and sensors provide the data to the control box wirelessly, and calls to the call center by cell phone technology. We had an inexperienced installer come out to do the installation, and our old house was too difficult for him to confidently complete, so I am very glad he requested a more-experienced technician come out. He damaged our fence when leaving, but the company is very willingly covering the repair cost. The following week another technician came out, Bryan, who was absolutely fantastic. We were very picky about the location of the control panel and he was fantastic in listening to our needs. Fredy is a great sales rep and does anything to ensure happiness.

THEY EXPLAINED THE SYSTEM VERY WELL. INSTALLED IT SAME DAY. THERE WAS A PROBLEM BUT THEY FIXED IT QUICKLY.
