Description of Work: We had several discussions on what the final installation would look like due to the curved design of our walk. As their product was not designed for curves I accepted the way it would look as their standard process.

+ -1 moreWe hired Elite Hardscapes in April 2012. (Chris Knuttgen) owner of the company said he could do everything we wanted. He contracted out most of the work to” Core one Inc.” (Eric Mechan) Huge problems from the beginning, (trees they planted died). They let them sit for a week before planting them; all the ground cover they planted was just put in a hole with no soil and bark sprinkled around them. “Most of this died”. Our water fountain broke and was draining underground; Salt Lake county water department actually came to our house telling us we had used 500,000 gallons of water for the month of July. Eric told us that it was just because it was hot in July and the water was evaporating. The sprinkling system that was installed is only 4 inches below ground. They are terrible about calling back and keeping promises. I would never use either one of these companies.
Description of Work: We hired them for complete landscaping, pavers, and also build a Waterfall for our small backyard.
