I would higly recommend Denbow Appraising. They are the best.

Unprofessional

These people never answer the phone directly. It is always a call back some time later. The office set up an appointment but the appraiser never showed up. When I called about it the office person claimed that the appraiser was not answering his phone. Then when she finally was able to reach him and called me back later she tried to explain it in that the appraiser claims he never got her email about the appointment. She offered to make it for the next day. Lousy customer relations and poor service. The reviews I had read led me to believe that I could possibly spend weeks trying to get them to perform. At that point I was through so I told them they were fired.

Friendly service. Took a bit longer than expected but it was over a holiday so that added to the completion delay.

Efficient, concise,professional and a pleasure to work with. The appraiser arrived on time, did a thorough review of my property. Got my appraisal quickly. Brenda, the office manager, was so thorough in explaining and going over all details with me.

Everything was done very professionally. They made an error in sending the appraisal to me so I didn't get it until a week later. They apologized and were very nice people.

Hired to do an appraisal one with a finished basement and one without. The appraiser used the same quantity for the bedrooms showing only 4 on the one with the basement added, we have two additional bedrooms in our basement, which would make it a 6 bedroom home and two more bathrooms. Also the square footage is way off. He also used the same comps for the one with out the basement with the one including the basement, which doesn't make sense since adding basement ups the square footage and value and adds more bedrooms and bathrooms. It appears he copied and pasted and the same information to each appraisal. Not impressed with this company.

The appraiser was very professional and thorough. He insisted on removing his shoes while inside the house although I told him it wasn't necessary. I received the completed appraisal in 2 days and it was very thorough and comprehensive and included all of the pictures the appraiser took. The office was very communicative. They contacted me within minutes after completing my request on Home Advisor to confirm the schedule I requested. They also contacted me with the name of the appraiser and called to remind and confirm the appointment. The appraiser showed up a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and was finished in about 30 minutes like I was told. We are very happy with Denbow Appraising and highly recommend them.
