Below is the email I sent to this company after they fraudulently charged my credit card, 3x more than the $129 special they offered. After reaching out to the company I was told by someone who claimed to be the owner that we were charged $350 for a service package that would make it so I could pay less in the future. I have no receipt for this charge, or any type of service contract. The company denies they charged my credit card, have no records of the service or this "service contract" and refuse to rectify the situation by at least cleaning the carpets like we supposedly paid for. I had to submit a chargeback with my credit card company, and report this business to Utah Business Licensing Division and the BBB. Brandon (this is what the "owner" said his name is, but records for Utah Division of Licensing shows the owners name is Chris Sovereen), Attached you will find the credit card statement and transaction details from August 5, 2020. You stated that you have no records of providing a carpet cleaning service and that we were not sold a pay in advance package although we were charged nearly 3 times the $129 package that was offered to us to clean our carpets. If you are unwilling to accept this evidence of payment to your business for services we were promised, and perform the services we paid for in advance, then I have no choice other than to dispute this with my credit card company as a fraudulent transaction and report your business and it’s practices to the the Utah state licensing division and the BBB.

It was a telemarketing call and I couldn't talk to them at that time, so they called back. I asked how much and they were in my price range. They answered all my questions and used brushes to clean the vents out.

They did a good job of cleaning my carpets, but they showed up late. So we didn't get off on the right foot in the first place. Also they quoted one price and charged me a higher price. The service was fine; The business management was horrible.

They were on time and friendly. They did good work and got the spots on the carpet out. Though they were just a little pushy, I would recommend them.

They have an excellent package price where you pay $300 - $400 dollars and you get 4 or 5 full house cleanings. Sometimes they can't fit you in and might need to schedule you two weeks out. They are good about their timing and do an excellent job.

The company did very good work I would recommend them to friends and family. They did not arrive on time but had the courtesy to call and let me no they would be late and offered me a gift card for the incontinence.

I just felt like what they represented on the phone wasn't the same as when they got here. The price that was quoted was about three times as much by the time they were finished.

One employee lost control of the buffer and put a big hole in our wall. It took four weeks for him to get back out and fix it. When I called the company, they did not even know about the damage because they subcontracted him to do the job.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB AT CLEANING OUR CARPETS. WE HAVE VERY HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB AT CLEANING. THE MOLD THAT WAS ON THE CARPET THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE. IN MY BOOK THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

They were better than most of the companies that I have used. I was disappointed that not all of the spots were cleaned.

They were professional. The job was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to friends and family. However the punctuality of the company was poor. They called to reschedule twice. The work was done to my satisfaction.

We have been using this company for at least five years now. I really appreciate their service, especially the quality. It always looks unbelievable. You never have to worry about them not showing up, either. They are always on time.

I thought that they did a fairly good job on the carpets that I had cleaned. One thing that I did not like was that they used a dry foam. The dry cleaning didn't work as well as steam. But I would have to say, that I would use them again.

Deluxe Carpet Cleaning came to my house to clean out my air ducts. They showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner. I thought they were very friendly.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR FIFTEEN YEARS. I HAVE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE TECHNICIANS. THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL WHILE MOVING FURNITURE NOT TO SCUFF MY WALLS AND FLOOR. MY PETS LIKE THE WORKERS AS THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY.

I was disappointed with the pricing. They first quoted one price then came in and started adding other things. I felt cornered into paying more than I planned on paying. The quality of the work was good, however, and they worked hard.
