Cutler's Inc

I bought a chainsaw from Cutler's and am so happy with them! I had some problems with the chainsaw, and Cutler's was so helpful in repairing it. It did take quite a bit longer than anticipated, but I am happy with them because when all was said and done, I had to pay almost nothing because it was covered by warranty. The big box stores sell the same chainsaw for a comparable price, but I am glad I went with Cutler's because of the personalized attention and service they gave me.

They were fabulous. Going and buying the lawn mower was really easy. I studied it before hand and knew I wanted a Honda. They are Honda dealership. I asked them questions, and they were forthcoming with the questions. Purchasing was a binge; it was like sticking it in. They told me that they could have the lawn mower for at least a week, and they had done it quicker than they said that they were going to do it. They said that it could cost up to this much amount of money, and it was less than what they quoted on the price for having the upkeep. They changed the oil, spark plug, and air filter; it was cheaper than what they quoted me when I first took it in. They were just very helpful, and they help carry it out of your car and put it in your car for you especially me because I am a woman. They help do all that kind of stuff. To me they were easy. They were quick. They take care, and I do not have any problems with my lawn mower. Their price was really comparable with consumer reports, and it was right at what consumer reports say. It is an inexpensive lawn mower that did all the things that I wanted it to do, but I did not feel that the price was jacked-up because they specialize in Honda. They were very nice people to work with, and I would use them again in the future.
