Any Hour Electric Plumbing Heating & Air

Work was done but the price was ridiculous and the work is incomplete. I received two quotes from other plumbers who said the work should be been billed at $50 to $600. Any Hours offered me a small refund but I decided to dispute it with American Express.

We had mixed signals about when they were supposed to come out. I was out of the country and I thought they were supposed to come while I was gone but they did not come out till I got back.

The job was done quickly and professionally, with Any Hour taking the responsibility with every aspect of the work including road signs, digging, installing and repairing the pipes, replacing the cement, and repaving the road. I didn't have to coordinate between any part of the entire job nor working with the city, though I did make sure everything was being done correctly and did speak with the Any Hour and the city regularly - making phone calls and double checking work and requirements from the city. Yes, the job was expensive, but we wanted it done right, the first time. Additionally, we chose Any Hour for a longer warranty period than if we had picked a smaller company.

What is really impressive to me is their service people, the people who come out and do it. They are extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. They spend the time they need to to explain things. They diagnosed a problem that other companies had missed. Fixing it was the right thing to do, I don't want my house to burn down. They are very competent, at least the people that I've had come to work on my house have been. They are very professional in how they handle you as a customer. They are pleasant and friendly. As long as they keep up the good work I will keep using them. I think price wise at least for the things I've looked at they are similar or less then other places, but I haven't done a whole lot of research. If they are going to be late the office will call and reschedule or to let you know they are running late.

They give you a discount if your a member. I had them add a surge protector in case of overload. I would definitely use them in the future.

They do all my plumbing, heating, and air. They're very knowledgeable. They give you options. They tell you that you can do this, this, and this, and then they tell you how much it will cost for each of the options. I have never felt pressure to take the most expensive option. I had a terrible leak from my humidifier attached to my furnace. It was bad enough that it leaked out to the carpet in the furnace room and it was pretty wet down there. It didn't cost me anything because I'm on their cap service. That's where you pay a certain amount every month. What happened was it was a clogged drain in the humidifier. He said, well maybe they didn't clean it well so he didn't charge me for it. What I think is impressive is their service people are knowledgeable, very thorough, and they spend what ever time is needed to explain things to you. I have found that using the home warranty there is more attitude. I went with to this company because there was a light switch downstairs in the bathroom where it would keep going on and off and under the home warranty, I had two or three other people come out and expensively fix it, only to have it go on the blink again. So it wasn't until Any Hour came out that they diagnosed what the correct problem was and they fixed it. It was the right thing to do, I don't want my house to burn down, you know. I think that they are very competent, extremely knowledgeable, very professional in how they handle you as a customer, and they're pleasant and friendly. Price wise they are similar or less than what I would have paid with someone else. I would definitely use them in the future.

They brought me some Bio Clean for my drain and dropped it off. I would definitely use them in the future.

The price of the water heater depends on it's size. I would definitely use them in the future.

No accountability taken by the company and instead attempted to charge $20K to an elderly couple in the middle of winter. Lack of communication and follow up by the company throughout the process. Eventually they dropped the price to $14K which is hard to understand pricing when they create that type of margin. Still having issues throughout the house and they continue to want to charge this couple more! Stay away from Any hour Plumbing.

The Any Hour guys were great. They brought in specially trained staff for each of the various tasks. We were impressed with the way they took care of all the little details and cleaned up afterwards. This is our 4th or 5th experience with Any Hour and we highly recommend them.

They were very slow to get it taken care of. They had a lot of excuses to getting around to it. I thought they were expensive. When they finally got around to it, they did a good job. The workers were great, it was just the company took them so long to get the job going. It was suppose to be done earlier in December.

They sent one electrician out and it took him about an hour to complete the work. He knew the electrical.

I had them come in and work on my air conditioning and they charged me nothing. I just wasn't getting any cold air. I could program my thermostat, it's really a nice thermostat, but I couldn't get any action on the A/C end. This man was down there probably 40 minutes and he came back up and he said, "All your wires came loose from the controller from the actual thermostat." That was my fault because I dropped it on the floor when I was mounting it on the wall. I thought I was doing a great job and I disconnected my own A/C. They didn't charge me anything for that at all. They're nice people. I have them check and clean up and replace filter on the furnace. The detail they go into is crazy. They just explain everything. My furnace is in a crawlspace and I'm not going down in the crawlspace, if I can possibly avoid it. They go down there, they come up dirty and they just go through every single thing. If anytime, they can't be there exactly when they say they will, they call ahead and let you know way ahead that they're going to be half an hour behind. So, they cover their bases, they keep the customer happy. I'm happy when they do that, so I assume others would be too. Their responsiveness is excellent because they show up when they're supposed to.

I didn't end up having the work done because it was just putting lights in different places in my garage and the bid was so crazy high, I just didn't do it. It was $444, to get four different outlets for lights, just incandescent bulbs. They are incredible electricians. The last time I used the same company, he came in and he wired three different rooms and it was totally worth it. He had only a tiny bit to do with correcting the work of the monkey they sent out here from HomeAdvisor. I really like this man, it was the third time I had him out, but it was just crazy expensive. They are high-priced actually, but I still like them. I just have to plan my improvements. They are honest and they work for a company, they have to deliver the price that Any Hour wants for their electricians. They're trained electricians, they constantly study and go back and take classes. It's worth having it done correctly. I haven't used any other company for plumbing and heating and air and electrical, since I came across them. The electricians are not responsible for the pricing, that is the company and I don't have to choose to take it. That just means that is on the back-burner. They show up on time. You call, you get an appointment and people show up on time. It's wonderful, it really is.

Excellent, Andrew was professional and informative. He was efficient and able to keep me informed of what he did as he did it, as well as the importance of what he was doing and additional tips to keep the furnace running well. He was polite and knowledgeable. He is a true credit to his company and his industry.

Taylor was polite, friendly, professional and thorough. He used the auger machine multiple times to make sure blockage was removed. Ha kept me updated, advised me on the condition of the old toilet that came with our house and on maintenance and plan on how to deal with this re-occuring situation. He seems to really care about what he does and providing the best service. Also the price was much better than a competitor I had hired for the exact same service earlier this year. The cost of service is $197.00 but it was $162 with a coupon, so I made sure to tip him.

This vendor wanted to charge a minimum of $200 just to come to my home sometime within four to five days of my call. I feel that their name, "Any Hour" is a true misnomer. Would never use them again.

They were professional, punctional, etc but that's just it...their marketing is their focus, not their actual value add to consumers

We called about 9:45 am, the gentleman came about 3:30 (same day) and it was diagnosed and repaired by 4:45. Andrew was the nicest repair person we had ever met. Everything was explained and priced prior to the repair. We were truly satisfied and would not hesitate to call them for any repairs needed in the future.

We didn't get to them through you, we got to them through a Deal that my husband saw to have your air conditioning checked for $39. We've had them out a number of times and we purchased their assurance plan so they come once a year to check on each of the systems; plumbing, electrical and heating. That's why we liked them because you could use the same company for all of those things.

We have used them for plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and smoke alarm replacement. They are always very polite, and on time. If they can't be on time, they call and let us know. They are very thorough and walk through everything with us. They are open with pricing options and they always recap everything with us before they leave.
