Description of Work: They did a new air conditioning and furnace unit in my upstairs.

Description of Work: They just came and did a tuneup like maybe a month or two ago. Last March, they put in a new air conditioning and furnace in my upstairs.

Description of Work: Repair of a plug in that kept turning off.

Description of Work: Really disappointed. I had a gas leak, the Technician came in and turned the valve off. We spoke about a replacement part, it's an older fireplace. He said he would do some research and call me back. I never heard from him again. Needless to say, I paid him $100 to turn a valve.

Description of Work: the tech was really smooth and slick. A $30 check-up was turned into a $500 bill. Will never use these people again....

Description of Work: I had them fix my furnace. The Tech was fabulous!! He helped me try to find a work around and make sure the problem was the circuit board before he replaced it at $900.00. I have never been treated better or had a repairman be genuinely concerned about the well being of me and my family.

Description of Work: They sold me a yearly maintenance agreement, but then replaced parts on two toilets that had been replaced within the past month, when I called them because the toilet in the master bath was still slow, they charged me extra, but didn't find anything wrong. I finally had another plumber replace my toilets a year later--and they worked just fine after that. Then I tried to get them to come out to do the yearly service check on my air conditioning, and they refused to return my calls. All in all, not a reputable company, and I would definitely not recommend them.

Description of Work: The technician did annual maintenance for both my heating and A/C units. He was courteous and responded well to my concerns. One concern was a light natural gas smell that I sometimes found near my furnace. He found the tiny leak, fixed the problem, and we feel much safer!

Description of Work: As directed I signed up for this service online, Thursday morning requesting an appointment anytime the following day. Having not heard from them, by Tuesday I called to make an appointment. Once I placed the call, they were wonderful to work with and called me throughout the day to provide me with the status of when the technician would arrive. The plumber was friendly, clean, efficient and provided me with the relevant information. I highly recommend this service with the caution not to rely on the online appointment/request for service.

Description of Work: Replaced a part on the air conditioner. Was very nice to my children who were playing outside. Even taught me about the part and how it is supposed to work.

Description of Work: The electrician was great but the plumber was careless and "forgot" to put in a frame for the tub. He measured 3 times before putting in the tub and never said it was 1/2" too long for the room and tried to install it any way. He kept running into issues he seemed to be unable to solve until I made suggestions. He was good at plumbing but lousy at putting in the tub. I swear he never did one on his own before because of his lack of skill and problem solving. Said he didn't have to cut a hole in the wall but he wanted to destroy the walls to get it in until I pointed out another way to use already available seams. I pointed out the framing on the box before installation. He put 1 1x4" board under 1 corner as an afterthought for a frame. Literally it was THE LAST THING he did on the tub, not the first. Walls weren't up, no caulking, no tub surround, no faucet installed, tub inside the wall frame area because it was too big for the room. Totally unusable as he left it. He wanted the sale no matter the unusable outcome. I had to hire someone else to pull the tub out and frame it, caulk it and put the walls back up, install the faucet and surround, at a quarter of the cost. It took 3 weeks before I found someone with enough skill to fix the mess he left behind. I didn't check about the services provided because it was NOT a service but a destruction of 2 rooms that he did
