Jarod's team did a fantastic job. They were very protective of my deck and general clean-up as they did the re-roof. I was surprised on how quickly he was able to get me scheduled in and complete the work with exceptional results. He personally inspected and ensured any areas that needed to be reworked was properly completed. Very pleased.

I called them 2 weeks ago wanting to schedule a time for them to come out and give me an estimate on the work. There administrative person said she would have someone get back to me, and no one has. i can understand taking a day or two, but 2 weeks without even the courtesy of a return call tells me they really don't want new business.

They were fantastic. I contacted them via Angie's list. They came when they said they would. They listened to my comments. When they came back they completed the repairs! Great to work with. Very professional and nice. I will tell everyone.

After completing the work Jarod emailed me an invoice and I maided him a check. It was simple, quick and efficient. I would definately hire Alpine roofing Specialists again.

Sadly, they were very busy, BUT!!! Within an hour of my Angie List message, they sent me a message stating they were quite busy and wouldnt be able to accomodate my timeline and then gave me the name and number of someone who could and the individual they referred, was EXCELLENT!! Thanks to providers like Alpine, who put customers before competitor pride, we got our job done on time!

They did a fine job on the roof but the nails worked out and raised a couple of the shingles. My complaint was not with the job they did but with them coming back to check that out and they haven't done that yet. The price was reasonable. They did a good job on the initial job. I called them a month ago and they haven't made it out yet. They have been so good on other things that we've had them do so I think they will come back.

They worked just fine. We did a little shopping around and felt that they were in line. They did the job well and they were efficient. We didn't have any complaints. I didn't see anything problematic that they did. They were good. They let us know when they were coming and when they would be here and about how long it would take. The quality was real good. We plan to use them again next year because we have a couple more buildings that need to be done.

They were very friendly on the phone and said they would be happy to look at the building and give me a bid. As explained above this simply did not happen. with me personally nothing happened after the initial phone call.

Water was leaking into my house due to a significant ice-dam that had built up on my roof. I needed to get the snow and ice removed in a hurry to stop the seepage. Alpine Roofing was not only quick to respind but it was clear from the onset that Jarod had the experience and knowledge to figure out how the water was getting in. His company quickly removed the build up and made the necessary repairs. A few days later, I ended up with a second leak due to a worn chimney cap. Again, Jarod was quick to have his crew out at my house and again, they expertly determined how the water was getting in and made the necessary repairs. I plan to have Alpine Roofing back in the spring/summer to make further improvements and upgrades so I can avoid problems in the future. I had an excellent experience with Alpine Roofing.

Jarod was very professional to work with. He showed up on time for the estimate and arrived as scheduled for the job. His crew completed the job in less than 3 days and did an outstanding job of cleaning up the debris. I would use his services again if needed.

Jarod was on time for the appointment we made for an estimate. His estimate was far below others we received and the final cost was exactly what he estimated. His crew was on time on the day promised to begin the job. We had to schedule the work for 2 months after Jarod's estimate--Alpine is so good that they were booked until then. Jarod's crew removed our old shingles on both our house and our detached 3-car garage. Made a few repairs for roof rot and where the old turtle vent was. Installed new shingles, flashing, new ridge vents on the house and replaced the old ridge vent on the garage. They also installed a chimney cap to protect the chimney from further damage. The whole job only took 3 days. Jarod and his crew were professional, did excellent work, cleaned-up each day and all for a great price. We highly recommend Alpine Roofing!!
