 + -1 moreThis company will not take 'NO!' for an answer. I informed this company in October that I no longer wanted their services, and that I would not be renewing my contract. The reason for this decision was that my security cameras had recorded one of their visits, and it was obvious the technician did not perform the work I was being charged for. Tusa's management chose to ignore my letter and sent a salesperson in November to convince me to renew the contract. I respectfully declined and restated that I would not continue doing business with the company. To my surprise, a technician showed up on March 16th (when I wasn't at home), and proceeded to treat my property! Needless to say, I will not be paying the $109.00 charge for this unauthorized service.
Description of Work: Performed unauthorized/unwanted pest control service on my home.
