I do not normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that John from Thoro-clene provided I thought it needed to be recognized. I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. He finished the entire home in under 3 hours from start to finish and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if needed. Amazing! Lisa and Lori went above and beyond in helping us find our new home! They were always doing more than required and requested of them. This is the second time we have used them to find a home and will not use any other team. Their experience supercedes all others. I highly recommend using them in buying and selling your home.

I contacted them by email and they responded the very next morning. They were able to give me a solid price over the phone and were flexible with scheduling. The technician arrived on time (7:45am) and was very professional. Because we have 3 kids, we had some sticky residue on the living room carpet that he put extra time into getting out. Our carpet is 18 years old and a very light beige, so the high traffic areas are hard to get clean, but he got them clean. The carpet looks great. It only took about 30 minutes for what we required and the carpet was completely dry (able to move furniture back!) by the end of the day. We did turn on the ceiling fans to speed up the drying process. I felt they did a great job for the price and I would definitely call them again.

The provider arrived on time. We had scheduled a yard sell that day so our home was pretty busy. Even with all the chaos, the provider did an amazing job. I will definitely recommend Thor-Clene and for sure use the again! We have big dogs living in our house...our furniture was clean and smelled great! Yes, give Thor-Clene a triple A+!

The man who cleaned our carpets showed up on time, did a great job on the carpets and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. I would definitely use this service again.

The tech came on time and went over the areas I wanted cleaned. I wanted to add a couple of rooms to the ticket last minute and he was great to get those areas done too! And he didn't even charge me full price! He made sure that I was satisfied with the carpets before leaving and I was! They turned out great!

I called them when I first moved to the area because of an advertised special. The technician did a great job and was very polite and considerate. The office is very efficient and asks if I want them to call back to check if I need their service and they are the only service provide I have ever said yes too, because she calls back in the time period she sets up with you and is not at all pushy. If I don't need it when she calls she is polite and does not try to pressure me into anything.

I had to change the date of service because our home closing date changed at the last minute. Thoro Clene cheerfully rescheduled for me. The technician arrived on time, was very courteous and professional, and worked hard to take care of the job. He gave me advice about maintaining carpet, and asked if I had questions. It was a very good experience, and I would certainly use their services again.

John took his time to thoroughly clean my carpets in my new home. He explained to me what results I would get from cleaning the walk-ways that were heavily soiled and matted. He suggested wearing only socks when walking on the carpet. Wearing shoes will dirty and wear down the carpet fibers and the skin oils from bare feet aren't good for the carpet either. I would recommend Thoro-Clene to my all friends and associates.

Appointment was easy to schedule, gave me window time of 12:20 - 1:30, and they arrived at around 1:30. Technician was very friendly, and seemed to have knowledge of cleaning the upholestry. He helped me move the furniture into the sun so it could dry quicker, and there was no mess left behind. The company even called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the results and to let them know if anything further needed to be done. I would use them again as I was very happy with their service.

Oscar showed up as scheduled which was appreciated as I had several vendors out on the same day at my new home. The carpets were cleaned as discussed. Very professional.

I had renters in who destroyed the carpets with dark stains and pet odors. I was expecting a miracle as other miracles have been posted online about getting out stains and pet odors. Oscar came and set my expectations. He said he probably couldn't get everything out but he would try his best. He worked very hard for over three hours. After he was done it was quite a difference. The stains were essentially gone. There were some deep dark oil stains in the living room that were pretty much removed but you could notice the difference of where furniture had been protecting the carpet from the evil renters and where Oscar had removed the stains. Kudos for the effort and the stain removal. I could have probably been ok with the stain removal but unfortunately the evil renter dog smell did not go away and I am removing the carpet and padding. I expected a miracle and I made the choice. Oscar said I might not get one. He was right.
