No work has been performed, but Brad did a superb job of evaluating our problem and providing possible causes and solutions. We are in the discovery stage.

check up on the work after the workers leave to make sure they do what they say they will do. Check your contract to deduct work they charged you but did not do. Deduct the work not done but was on the contract from the total amount charged at the end of the job and pay that amount. That is what I did and they agreed with me. They did keep coming back and corrected mistakes until I was satisfied. That is one good thing I can say about this company. But you have to be actively involved all through the project.

Brad walked us through the whole process and answered any questions that we had. We had them do some mold remediation in a section of our house and had to pay out of pocket. They help us with the cost to help us not to break the bank and were able to start almost immediately. Chris and miles (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) did a killer job getting everything done and to keep things as clean as possible. Brad made sure to keep in contact with us during the whole process and that we were satisfied with the finished result. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future.

Communication as to what is mitigation cost and repair costs in addition. The difference was not explained well when asked; upping the cost

They came quickly, assessed the situation and had a crew out here working in just days. Very courteous employees at all times! The work area was kept very clean, and they were very careful about the large items that couldn't be removed from the room. I will hire them again if I ever need this type of work done, and I will recommend them to others.
