They came out quick and did a awesome job getting rid of the boxelder bugs. have been using them for years now

They have been taking care of my neighbors lawn ever since they moved in. Their lawn is really green and looks healthy so i had they do mine. They took care of all my weeds and got my lawn really green and thick. Highly recommend.

Our service tech was Logan. He was professional, very pleasant, and explained everything as he did it. He sprayed and brought in traps. The service was reasonably priced and I would recommend their services.

I recently had the Bugnappers come to my home for the insect spray and to have the air duct cleaning done. I had the interior and the exterior of our home sprayed for bugs and they did a very thorough job inside and out. I couldn't more pleased with their services. I was still seeing spiders inside my home about 2 weeks later so they came back and sprayed again for FREE of charge. When they came for the air duct cleaning they did an awesome job too! I was surprised to see socks, candy wrappers, screws and so much more out of my air ducts I couldn't believe it. I asked to see inside of the canister to see what all came out of the vents and I was pretty surprised the things the heater vents collect. I will definitely be hiring them again to come back and spray for bugs and clean my air ducts.

On Aug. 8th I called Bugnappers because I wanted them to come and spray in my basement for spiders prior to a surgery I was to have on Aug. 14. I gave Bugnappers 3 different phone numbers I could be reached at. The employee I spoke with immediately recommended to have the exterior of my house sprayed also. Because and quot;Fall will soon be here and the bugs will want to come inand quot;. I told the employee I only wanted the basement sprayed and that I would decide on the exterior of the house at a later time. I felt pressured by Bugnappers to have 2 services done when I only had called for one service (basement spraying). I also told the employee that I worked during the day and asked if Bugnappers could do after-hours or weekend work. She assured me this could happen and so I left 3 phone numbers for Bugnappers to call me back with a date and time. The employee also said that Bugnappers could come into my house if I left the door unlocked and they could spray the basement. I was not about to do that, for obvious reasons. I never heard back from Bugnappers that day or the weekend or the following Monday. On Monday night I got a call from another Bugnapper employee to confirm that they would be out to spray the exterior of my house on Tuesday. I was angry and told the lady that I did not want any exterior spraying done, I only wanted the basement sprayed and that NO exterior spraying should be done. She had a foreign accent, but I didn't get her name. I told her and quot;NO Service should be done.and quot; And she repeated, OK, no service. I was also upset that I did not hear back from Bugnappers the day I called them or days later. I came home on Tuesday at 5:30 from work and found an invoice on my door saying Bugnappers had come by and had sprayed the exterior of the house. I was very upset and called them. I spoke with 2 different women in the office and one of them told me that 3 people in the office had heard me confirm to have the exterior spraying done. And the technician could not get into my house to do the basement spraying. I questioned the validity of the spraying as I had not approved it and it had been raining heavily for days. The woman assured me that the technicians spray and quot;in between raining timesand quot;. I don't see how the spray would not be affected by heavy rains. So, Bugnappers adjusted my bill to reflect a reduced price for the exterior spraying, which was done without my consent. I told Bugnappers I was going to report this on Angie's List and would have done this sooner but I am recuperating from surgery.

They're great. They do my entire backyard, and they just get rid of everything. We haven't had anything get in the house since they started doing this for us. We had a whole bunch of yellowjackets in our front yard, and they're not there anymore. They even got rid of a wasp's nest in one day. You can't go wrong with them; they're just wonderful.

They did fine job and they do good work. They are inexpensive. They call before they come and they come when they say they are going to come.

They did a wonderful job. They were fast and courteous. They came out the day that I called. I have had no problems since, and would recommend them to others.
