I had a fantastic experience here! After replacing several parts with a different company 2 months prior, I had the same issue that was supposedly resolved then. I came to superior computers for help resolving it and we figured out exactly what was wrong. He explained the issue and why it was problematic (which was very helpful as I am not very knowledgeable with computers) and proposed several solutions. I decided to get a replacement GPU which he replaced the same day. He even provided the complimentary service of cleaning out the PC, reapplying thermal paste to my water cooler, AND providing a longer power cable. I would 100% recommend coming here with any computer issues as this is my go to computer shop now.

This is definitely a place that takes care of its customers. If you want to buy a pc or some hardware for an upgrade and maybe - just maybe - you want a company that will take your side without ripping you off (I'm looking at you, PCL), check it out.
