+ -1 moreRegency Development and their staff were excellent to work with during the entire construction process. We made quite a few changes during the building of our new home. Some of them were our suggestions, but many of them were suggestions from Regency to improve the home. Regency builds high quality homes, and they were very professional and great to work with. We are very pleased with the overall process and would definitely hire Regency again.
Description of Work: Regency built our new home in the Ogden area in 2006. The home is approximately 4500 square feet on 1/3 acre. The building process took a little longer than estimated, but all aspects of the construction were excellent.

+ -1 moreThey were very easy to work with. They were also very professional and prompt. They have great customer service. I always felt like they put me first. We didn't have any major problems. If anything minor arose, they took care of it right away.
Description of Work: I had them build my house.
